We hired Pipe Wizard to change our under-counter water filtration unit, and install a new drinking water faucet.
We had an amazing experience starting with the estimate (very quickly done), through scheduling, to the work itself. Joe came on time, was very tidy, and paid attention to details. Also, a very kind person. Top-notch service! Highly recommending!

This is our second time using Pipe Wizard. I called Pipe Wizard early this morning and had an appointment that afternoon. Rich came out, unclogged our pipe and gave us advice on how to prevent future clogs. The job was done in less than an hour. Great response and service, very helpful and professional. We won’t call anyone else!

We have a leak that has been hard to identify and everyone from Pipe Wizard has been more than helpful, professional and efficient. I am highly satisfied with the whole process. I really appreciate communicating with Jenny at the office as she has a very positive attitude and is very pleasant. Joe and his team are great and thorough. Joe made sure the work was done right and worked tirelessly until it was completed to his satisfaction. They changed out an old compact water and heat combination unit, including pipe reconfiguration to the new unit. Everything looks and works great! I was seeking a reliable plumber after discovering a leak coming through my basement ceiling.
I saw positive reviews online for Pipe Wizard and I took a chance. I have no regrets! Turns out, the problem was more severe than expected and we needed an entire pipe replacement. Rich and his guys were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable. The cost was fair, especially for the size of the job. Plus, they offer several payment options and arrangements. The two gentlemen who handled the job worked quickly and were very respectful of our time and our home. They really went above and beyond, especially when it came to working with my senior citizen parents.They even offered free cleaning service to handle the mess! Overall, my family and I were extremely pleased and will be choosing Pipe Wizard again in the future.

where can i start? company was the best called them the first time for our heating issue for house that we fix where the original contractor did the worst job you could imagine tech rich P came in the first time we explain our issue and he told us the solution simple as that. had an estimate next day talk with joe the owner to work with our budget and he did just that , the techs started working on Wednesday and finish. the job on Thursday they didn't not leave till really late at night to make sure everything was working fine thanks god I find this company we finally have heat what 2 plumber couldn't do they did it in two days thanks again will use this company for all my plumbing issues best of the best

My visit today was to check my water pressure and temperature in my bathroom faucet. This was a follow-up from a previous job completed by Pipe Wizard (installing new pipes). Making the appointment was easy, I received a confirmation prior to arrival, the plumbers arrived within the timeframe scheduled, and completed the work. I am satisfied with my experience.

This plumbing company came to my house and fixed my hot water pressure. Richie, specifically was the plumber who responded and was very patient in explaining what was wrong and the steps that could be taken to rectify the situation—even some alternatives. This is the third time I’ve used this company in all the years I’ve owned my home and each time they were professional and knowledgeable.

Had a great experience with Pipe Wizard / Mr. Plumber and specifically Santino was awesome. Their team was very responsive and helpful, I’ll definitely be recommending them to friends and family in the area.

So my initial reaction and feedback would have been very poor, there was some serious confusion between myself an the receptionist regarding scheduling the service and billing costs. I was very close to cancelling Pipe Wizard and calling someone else. I was only using Pipe Wizard because my regular plumber (TM Sanjurjo Mechanical) was moving his shop to another town and he couldn't help me out. Once Joe actually arrived at my house and took stock of the problem (kitchen sink would not drain for 4 days) He quickly took care of what was a very stubborn grease blockage. He also didn't like the way my trap was constructed and decided to replace mine with much better quality material. He did this free of charge. He also didn't like the poor water flow from my faucet and proceeded to take the faucet head apart and clean it out so that now we get great water flow. He happily talked with me the entire time about mutual acquaintances and experiences and life in general. Joe is a great guy, a very knowledgeable and experienced plumber, with a phenomenal work ethic that reminds me of a different generation. I can't recommend him enough. Don't hesitate to call Pipe Wizard.

The Plummers that came to my house were on time, very friendly, knowledgeable, and got the job done. Both Santino C and Rich P were outstanding (Wish I knew the name of the 3rd person that came with Rich P). I will DEFENTLY recommend DR. Plummer (Pipe Wizard) to anyone that is looking for a Plummer!
