I can't speak about the whole agency, but Ana Bermeo was very careless with my house. She was a buyer's agent and left doors open while she was on the back deck talking on the phone. People she let in were left to wander through my house unattended and, because she left the front door open, other people walked right in.

My family and I used to keep in contact with a real estate agent from this company, that would "assist" us with our living arrangement to have previous tenants reside on the 2nd floor as another form of supposed income, (will not go into much detail about this situation due to privacy reasons and the reason I had put the term assist in quotations, is because this certain estate agent wasn't really all that caring/supportive...). This estate agent goes by the name of Doreen Masstroianni and I honestly have to mention, that she is both deceptive and a liar. This individual has provided my family and I utter Hell with the few tenants, that she has set us up with...The most recent tenant we had this past year in 2023, he just assumed he was provided the permission to damage my family and I's property by forming holes in the wall of the downstairs apartment, along with not to mention leaving the shower and toilet of the bathroom with a revolting stain, (thank goodness it was able to be cleaned out, my poor mother having to make the apartment go back to it's clean appearance) and the sink of the kitchen also left with another disgusting stain...

I can honestly continue to explain previous stories but, that is not the reason I am writing this review. However, if I had to be honest, my family and I hadn't deserved this kind of treatment of having to endure dysfunctional people/tenants who can't seem to live with themselves. Literally a few hundred some dollars, (around $900 or, more) in renovation expenses thanks to this despicable person of a tenant, that had moved into our home also thanks to the situation's originator, Masstroianni. So, please, for the sake of both your sanity and finances, DO NOT have this person as your real estate agent..she must be working for Satan...
