I came in with a really bad set of acrylic nails from another salon. I've went to about 25 different nail salons in Columbus if that tells you anything.

But the experience was amazing! My nail tech was the sweetest, she asked questions and was honest with me, and she really did wonders on my new set! Definitely will be coming back for sure ❤

This is by far the best nail salon I've ever been to. Today I had Jamie or maybe it was James (can't remember which one he said) do my nails. He was able to do them perfectly! I definitely don't mind paying the prices when my nails look this good. Thank you

I have been twice now and Kim has done my nails both times. I absolutely love how they turned out both times. I bring a photo I like and she makes it happen. I will be going back and recommend this salon to everyone!

I have been going here for full set and balance and am very happy with the service. Kim is fantastic. She makes my nails exactly how I want them and always goes above and beyond to make sure they look great.

Absolutely the best nail place I've ever been. I was visiting from out of state and my nails are so stunning thanks Trinity. I got reflective gel polish. The design was perfect.
Also loved my deluxe pedicure.

Tony took great care of my feet! I walked in with no appointment and was seated immediately! No overwhelming acrylic smells. Nice vibe with staff, chairs, space and music. I will definitely be returning!

James always does my nails flawlessly and they last WEEKS! I've gone 5 weeks with no breaks or chips (life happens 🤷🏼‍♀). I've been coming to them since their previous spot. I've went to other salons and always end up back here!

Rosie is an amazing artist and nail technician she does an amazing job in manicures and pedicures. Her art is beautiful and unique. She is able to design specifically for your nails if you show her a picture of what you want. She is friendly and amazing! The staff are wonderful and I would and have recommended everyone go here for their nails

Emily did such a great job! It was her idea to add the snowflakes and it was a great idea. She was so nice and I love how they turned out

I have been going to Julie now for 2 years. I am very hard on my dip nails but have never had a problem and always get 2-3 weeks out of my dip manicure.

I visited BB Nail Salon as a new client walk-in and was beyond pleased with every aspect of my experience! First, it’s spotless and probably the cleanest nail salon I have seen. Checking in was easy, along with quick service despite being busy. They were well staffed and professional. There is a very nice selection of all polish types to chose from. I did not have a cocktail but did enjoy a complimentary water. Sophia provided my nail service perfectly. So talented! The icing on the cake was a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere.

Loved this place! My nails look great and the nail techs carry on a conversation. They don't just sit in silence.. didn't feel like I was rushed like other places

Rosie is simply amazing! She can do anything design wise and the quality of my her work is hard to find. I like to do the dip powder because I work in a restaurant, I have gone to other techs and my nails will start to chip after a week but Rosie’s will last a month with no chips! If go to BB’s you need to ask for Rosie, you won’t regret it.
