Great location, they typically have some really good deals especially if you have kohls cash. Smells wonderful, large store so the sound is very evenly spread out with an overall quiet environment. Parking is convenient.

Our local Kohls has had major changes to the better. Nicely separated by choices. Very clean nothing laying on the floor in between racks. Wonderful associate to help at fitting room and another very pleasant cashier. Yes Kohls I’m back as a satisfied customer.

Very clean, well stocked, and helpful employees (not just one). The return(s) area was clean and happily took care of my returns, no issues or hesitation. I remember leaving and thinking, "Wow, that was fast... I'll probably use them again online now that I know it was this easy..." to group my returns and bring them to this drop off point, some Kohls purchases, and some others that I had ordered online. Thanks everyone!

I placed an online order and upon arrival I followed the signs for self serve pickup, and was met by a helpful employee who directed me to the front desk. After waiting in a short line, the nice employee made an announcement for anyone else picking up an online order to come up so she could scan their barcode. She walked to the self serve pickup location and returned with several online orders. This doesn’t appear to be a good system for employees or customers.
