AT&T Store

I love AT&T service. They have always have the best customer service whether it inside the store or online. They have the must patience for people. I appreciate their support and services.

My rep listened to me sincerely and gave me what I was asking... He was professional in every way,knew his job well and was very polite... Greatest store service I may have ever received...

I stopped into the store to buy a few new chargers for myself and my children. A young man named Tanner greeted us at the door and helped us shop. This young man was very professional, patient and polite. He was not pushy like a lot of other sales people are we did not feel pressured only helped. Keep up the good work Tanner I was very impressed.

Grove City AT&T store clerk, Talon, set my new phone up in minutes. He replaced the SIM card I'd lost, too. He was efficient and very personable! Great job! People like him are why I stay with AT&T.

I met the most helpful associate at the Grove City store. His name is Quan Pringle. Quan helped me get a replacement phone with my ATT insurance plan when I lost my phone. He helped me set up the new phone a couple days later. He also saved me money on my ATT monthly plan by changing it over to a newer plan. Quan was patient, knowledgeable, and friendly, not to mention extremely helpful in helping me solve my lost phone problem.

I came over with my boyfriend to upgrade our phones and Aaron L. was very helpful. He walked us through the process and explain everything that comes with an upgrade. He said if we needed help once we get our phones in the mail to come in and he will be more than happy to help us with the activations.

I have been a boost mobile carrier for 15 plus years. Change to AT$T for better customer service. Best move ever so far. Thx AT&T.

This is the Absolute best AT&T store ever. EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE WORKED WITH ME AND THEY WERE ALL INCREDIBLE AND EFFICIENT AT THEIR JOB. THE WHOLE STORE NEEDS INDIVIDUAL RAISES. This was the easiest process and i got better stuff for the same budget that I was working with. Thank you to Tanner, Austin, Daniel, Brenda. Fantastic experience.

Wanted to switched to at&t and right when I walked in an employee greeted me. It was Crazy smooth. Crazy fast. I'm pretty sure it took about 30 minutes and I switched carriers and got a new phone and was out of the building. The guy that helped me I think his name was Brian but that dude was awesome! Super helpful and funny. You can tell it's a good work environment everyone there was doing a great job and having a good time.

The first thing I noticed was the door was held open for us as we walked in the store. I literally thought it was a customer walking out but realized when I walked in that it was an employee. Such wonderful hospitality! I think the store rep's name that helped me was Jessica? (Purple hair) She was PHENOMENAL assistance! Not only did she help me find exactly what I was looking for well within my budget, she was extremely informative and fun to associate with. I had to wait a while for my old phone to transfer and she managed to NOT make it a dreadful wait; it felt more like I was hanging out with a friend waiting on a download versus sitting in awkward silence wondering when everything will be done. She was very attentive to everything going on in the store & ensuring the customers were taken care of. I also noticed the rest of the staff were also very attentive to the customers. This was probably the most pleasant experience I've ever had purchasing a phone. I applaud this store! Keep up the good work!

Daniel the assistant manager was fantastic. He was so patient and helpful as we was getting our daughters phone and was able to suggest other items finding the best plan option for us. We left very happy and thankful that we had Daniels help. He offered us his cell number if we had any questions or issues which I thought was very kind. Will definitely be back for future upgrades!!

Tanner gets 5 stars because he helped me transfer my old phone to my new one and Lord help the workers at this store because some of the people that came in while I was there would make me want to rip my own eyes out. Tanner made the process quick, painless, and even made me laugh along the way. Thanks Tanner!

Our salesman was very helpful in getting my daughters new phone connected to her watch, as well as helping with her iPad.

I called this location and spoke to Mia about starting new service with them. She was very courteous and knowledgeable. She scheduled an appointment that fit into my busy work schedule. When I arrived she was ready and remembered everything we discussed during our phone conversation earlier. I am not very tech savvy, Mia patiently helped with all of my questions and concerns. Mia successfully signed me up! I left a happy new customer.

It was a great experience, Cody was super helpful as I was getting a new phone. Answered all my questions and was very thorough and transparent. Really great customer service!

Store was great people are great. First time I went it was for my wife to buy her a new phone. We traded in her phone and they gave us like 2 weeks to get everything transferred over and bring the transfer phone back in so I brought that back 2 days ago and came back today to get 2 new galaxy watches from them and they had to order them but we are supposed to receive them tomorrow or the next day. Anything you want they will help you find and they helped with prices and got coupons and things on for us and I didn't even ask for them. Great people, great store.

Ronnie was amazing! He helped us pick up great phones, set everything up for us and answered every single question we had! We were greeted by him within seconds of walking and helped immediately. Our experience was amazing!!!!

The entire team was super friendly and helpful. Jessica took the time to explore all options, discounts and deals to make sure I got the best prices. I did not feel pressured into anything. Of course there was a pitch for TV services and I price shopped a tablet that I didn't purchase but Jessica was more than willing to run prices without pushing me into a purchase I didn't want. I would highly recommend coming here.
