Great place to deliver unloading a lil long but u can go get food and come back

my experience was good, get early my appointment was at 11:30 pm get to guard to check in at 2:00 pm he give me a dock get empty by 4:30 pm fast in easy no problem there are 2 truck stop nearby

Appointment on 3 April -9.30 am, came to the location on 2 April by 10.00 pm and they had put my trailer at the dock door. Got the call by 2.00 am that they had unloaded the trailer.

The location has very good parking for bobtail’s where you can park the truck.

Everyone here was super nice. I checked in at 0655 for a 0730 appointment. I informed them I had both a delivery(0730) and a pickup (1300) they took my pu# and called me when I was done unloading to let me know they were moving my trailer to another dock to load. It's Kraft foods so of course it's not the fastest place but they had me unloaded, loaded, and bills in hand by 1400.

The entrance is located on Port St, when you turn from port st make sure you stop before the curve and look if the other side is clear because it’s a tight little road and there’s no enough space for the trucks to get in and out at the same time and you will block the exit if you get stuck on the curve, when you’re straight after the curve move the tandems all the way to the back, they want let you proceed if you don’t do it, when you finally get to the guard house bring your drivers license and pick up#, it starts with 207 and it’s 10 digits, they will put a yellow transmitter on the trailer to know the trailer on your way out, drop the trailer on the assigned door and drive bobtail to the opposite side of the guard house park inside that car parking lot along the building and wait for the call, after the call come back make sure the light is green, reconnect and go to the guard house again and they will seal you up and provide the paperwork. Pretty straight forward place very organized. You’re good to go “Have a nice trip!.

29 JAN Sunday..... 0730 delivery appointment, arrived at 0700, checked in at the guard shack was given a door, proceeded forward turn left towards the dock doors, docked in my door drop my trailer than bobtail to Love's right down the street got a phone call at 9:45 saying trailer was ready.... Unloading was quick..... DB

Came a day early, put right in a door 3 hours later trailer unloaded. Security up front very friendly, dropped trailer went to truck stop got a bite to eat and went back to grab trailer.

I have both delivered and picked up from this location. The gps directions google gives is incorrect. It does say penske logistics on the sign. Check in took a minute, 4 trucks in front of me, about 1 hr total. No more than walmart dc! My load has always been drop and hook and always ready. Only prob i have had is they dont know which mtys of urs they have....gotta go trailer huntin'!

Took an hour to get unloaded 12 hrs before my appt, they moved my trailer to an empty spot, they nicely turned the reefer off and let me do a 10 hr reset, can't beat that, just awesome

A great place to deliver. The staff is prompt and respectful.(in- out about 30/45 minutes)If you arrive before time, the gates are locked... however you can park in the neighborhood warehouses.

I love picking up loads here! Super friendly, easy process, and overnight parking. Love's very close! Always packed with bobtails tho.

My favorite place to deliver and work with. This company gets it. Not a problem if you need a 10hr break or wanna deliver early or your running behind. Its not an issue with this company. I love this company!!!

Had a good experience, showed up at night 00:30, for 07:00 appt, got done by 02:00. Overnight parking, good staff.

The only reason I give them a 5 because they let me deliver a day before drop an do my 10 at a truck stop when I got up everything was done I was back out I had no issues

Check in takes a few minutes, but if u ask nicely about overnightin' they do have some truck parking.

Arrived 12 hrs before appt..took 5 min to check in and get a door...3 hr unload.

Super friendly got loaded 6 hours early. Great place
