Several things
1. Peanut butter milkshake with reeses cups in it is the best milkshake I've ever had!
2. Bucket of fries are the best things in the whole world
3. "Snack wraps" are amazing! And bigger than your average snack wrap
4. Customer service is spot on everyone super friendly and quick service did not wait long at all!
5. Cleanest place I've been to in a long time 😏
This was my first time here and it didn't disappoint

Trucker friendly, clean restrooms. The restaurant stays open 24/7. Best fried crispy chicken with different flavors you can add. Different specialty drinks and shakes. I ordered the garlic chicken, an order of fries and a blackberry shake.🤩😁

Whoever the young woman with the blonde hair at the drive thru window working 11/25 9pm is a gem. Awesome customer service and awesome energy! Got a wrap and a pizza. Order was correct and fresh

The people that work here have always been very nice to me. Allison is a rock star.

Ill give a five star, just please make sure people that operate the espresso machine know what they’re doing… i get my double shot espresso almost every day… maybe once or twice i had an espresso…. Every other time it was too much water… once they filled it up with hot water to the top 🙄 espresso shot… the name says it all, a shot , short concentrated coffee ! Other than that, love sheetz, decent restroom, decent food , diesel pumps work well

Absolutely love this place! Very rarely do we have to complain about our orders being wrong, and the staff is always so kind, they're always making conversation and actually care about their customers. Bathrooms are ALWAYS CLEAN, which is amazing! Whoever is the manager here - 10/10!

I went into Sheetz the other morning, and the customer in front of me was an elderly guy. When the cashier asked if he had a Sheetz card, he screamed at her & asking why he would have a Sheetz card. She kept her composer & explained he can get points & money off his gas. He just kept screaming & cussing, and extremely mean spirited towards this poor cashier. I just wanted to say that NeNe ,the cashier, did a great job staying calm & professional. She needs a raise!

Food is on point and they always have staff there to take care of you

I've been a fan of Sheetz for years, and this one does not disappoint! Clean bathrooms, large selection of items and a tons of gas pumps!

Very Busy, clean store with every convenience you could want

So far, based on my past 6 months visiting this Sheetz location ever since they first took flight in this city, this Alum Creek Drive place never seemed to disappoint whatsoever! I can finally understand why people are so hyped about Sheetz coming to Columbus.

First off, whenever you go to place a food order, there are kiosk stations that anyone can use to order food and customize it the way they want. Obviously, with all of the supply shortages they have had (and believe me, that was pretty much the message I came across every single visit), I don't expect them to have all the toppings available for me to customize the exact way I want it, but their selection is pretty diverse that I would not have any issues finding the options I desire. The wait times are not too terribly bad depending upon what time of day you placed the order. Just don't expect your food to be ready quickly during the peak hours of service, as they do get busy during those times.

Even if I did not want to use the kiosk, their mobile app ordering also makes it easy to place orders ahead of time if I did not want to wait for my food orders. I would highly recommend placing app orders ahead of time if you are in a rush to pick up your food. Keep in mind that the wait times may not be as accurate as desired, but it should give you a general idea as to when you should expect your food. My personal favorites are the 6 inch turkey sub, the crispy chicken snack wraps, and the app sampler with the mac and cheese bites, the mozzarella sticks, and the tater tots.

Their made-to-go options and drink options are very diverse. If you want to grab something to go without having to worry about ordering food in a hurry, they have plenty of options to go for. Their beverage stations have a lot of options ranging from soda to fizzes and coffee and tea if you desire.

Last, but not least, the checkout process is very straightforward with the checkout kiosks. You could go to the cashier counter and pay for your orders and snacks, but I find it much easier to self-checkout in my opinion.

Overall, this location is definitely one to pay attention to if you are craving a late night snack or a quick lunch pick-up from work, especially with people from the warehouses and manufacturing centers around the area looking for a solid place to eat out. I cannot wait to see Sheetz continue the hype train in Columbus and potentially other cities in Ohio!

Just an all around awesome experience for mine and my wife's first time ever seeing the inside of a Sheetz! It's nice and clean. The staff made us feel very welcome, real nice people awesome atmosphere they have a wide selection of food and drinks and snacks every time me and my wife can't find nothing to make it home and want a quick lunch or dinner, Sheetz is where we normally go, the food is great and we absolutely love their milkshakes!!! We will definitely continue to come here!!!

As a truck driver, this place is AWESOME! Need air in your tires? There’s air stations at every pump on every side with built in digital gauges to set at your desired PSI. Grab a bite to eat from sheetz as well. I got the mozzarella stick burger with fries and a drink. Fantastic!

My Goodness. This store should thank God that Mrs Lisa works there. Best customer service I've seen in years! She operated 3 registers at a time, and made it look easy; and she had a very professional attitude to match. She should be running the store. Mrs Lisa, you're awesome!

Seeing Sheetz in Columbus is already worth 5 stars, but this store is gorgeous inside and out. The food was perfectly delicious, and I love that they have Gardner's Candies chocolates! ❤🌭🍫

Great find for a semi driver. Very friendly staff. Cooked to order small item foods and milkshakes. Clean restrooms. Limited semi parking. Definitely worth a visit!
