We received excellent customer service from start to finish at Mattress Firm on Colerain Ave. Damien was very knowledgeable and explained the differences between each mattress to us. He had us try a special one to determine what our firmness preference was. We also bought an
adjustable frame. Damien was very patient with us, and helped us find the right mattress for our needs. Renaldo delivered our mattress and set it up with expertise, and had good customer service. They both receive an A+ from us in representing Mattress Firm. We are happy with the price,quality, and customer service with Mattress Firm. We recommend them to everyone 😊

Damian was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient with my family while we picked out our toddler’s first “big kid” mattress. This store had lots of options to choose from in many price points. Ultimately, we decided on a mattress and Damian even helped us put it in our car. He made mattress shopping with two kids a quick and pleasant experience! The store was clean, accessible and comfortable.

We walked in, and Damien greeted us with a smile and professionalism. We told him what we were looking for. He showed us all the different choices and gave us a few ideas. We bought a mattress and an adjustable bed frame in less than an hour, we were out. He’s a class act.

Very helpful and informative, I had no clue on which mattress to buy they helped me pick out a great one that fits my needs perfectly , they were very patient with me even though I tried out several mattresses ! Very kind would definitely recommend and will buy again in the future

Bought mattress and base from Colrain store an in excited state didn't get the first responder discount. Never said I was brightest apple but store won't add in discount. Not pleased!!
