Edible Arrangements

My husband ordered and wanted to cancel. He as well as myself have called multiple times, to be put on hold for long times. Still waiting to speak to someone. We also tried canceling online several times. This was my husband's first time ordering from this website. I did finally speak to someone who was very nice and understanding. She did explain to me that their systems were down and was backed up due to high volume of orders. Which is understandable. She was able and willing to refund my husband and explained how long it will take. Hopefully we can order in the future and enjoy some edible arrangement goodies.

I ordered online through Edible’s website, and then I was worried when I visited the individual store page and saw reviews. I ordered same day delivery around noon, and I called and couldn’t get an answer. However, I did get a call back later in the day from a super friendly staff member ensuring that my order would be delivered that day. When they dropped the order off at my sister’s house, my sister said the delivery person was also super friendly and upbeat. The order came exactly as ordered, and the fruit was fresh.

This store totally nailed it for my Mom’s birthday and I just placed an order today and they were so friendly and nice! My fruit is so fresh and they had samples for us to enjoy! Amazing… simply amazing!

I had received a tray during my COVID isolation period, thankfully, I had not lost my tastebuds. Not only did the timely tray lift my spirits from being on isolation during the Christmas season, it cause me to have a joyful laugh. I do believe that the delicious large, fresh fruit dipped in my favorite, chocolate, boosted my endorphins , powering my body with health healing chemicals. Haha, an elaboration of.... really good.

Same day delivery. I placed my order as early as possible and it got there the same day in time. My relative loved it. I really like the choice in sizes. My relative is diabetic. This is one of the few places that doesn't coat everything in candy or chocolate. Just fresh fruit. Perfect.

I received a very nice arrangement from this location with ripe, fresh fruit. Special shout-out to Kai who went above and beyond to deliver the edible arrangement when I was back home. He was extremely professional, friendly and delivered the item with care. Thank you!

This was my first time ordering an Edible Arrangement. From the beginning to the end, the experience and customer service was amazing. The driver let me know when they were close, plus an item ran out because of it's popularity, so I received 2 replacements. Plus, the look on her face was priceless. Thank you Edible Arrangements!

I ordered for my mom. After numerous bad experiences with 1-800 flowers who outsources their arrangements, I ordered a small one from here to try it out. Oh my goodness was it not small like all the others have been! It was big, FULL, and so ripe and delicious that even after a big meal, we could not stop eating it!! Thank you so much for the awesome arrangement and advice on your website of how to keep the fruit good if not eating the same day. Will keep ordering! And thanks for getting it here so fast!!! The fruit was amazing but the cheesecake was to die for! My daughter nearly cried with all her favorites on one tray. The delivery being free was very much a plus. They explained on the website that it could take up to 5pm for delivery but ours arrived well before that, around noon. Everything was fresh and we'll put together. A big thank you to this location and we'll recommended.

Their arrangements are always amazing and definitely worth the price. I will definitely be coming back for my special occasions.

I'm so touched by the kindness, consideration, and generosity of Chris and Randy! I'd had a bit of mishap and went back, and Chris insisted on replacing it. Purchased an arrangement for Valentine's Day. Staff was nice and helpful. And very patient with me as I took forever trying to make a decision.

Fruit has been perfectly ripe with every order, I would order from here again. They do a good job of packing orders for pickup.
