I love their work! I go to Sona, can't remember how to spell her name; but she is amazing. I had to go to someone new this week and they also did an amazing job. I’m a flight attendant and have to get my nails done wherever I can. I’m always so nervous to go to a new place because I don’t want to waste my money and not be happy with the service. I will definitely be back to Ruby Nails whenever I am in Columbus!! Sophie did an amazing job fixing what I previously had done somewhere else. She did a great job on my pedicure too. I just had the most pleasant experience at Rubys. They took me in last minute & they still took their time . I’m thankful they didn’t rush the mani and pedi . Definitely coming back next month. Staff is great and the girls were so warm and lovely.

My roommate and I went to this place in desperate need of nail service and ended up spontaneously getting a pedicure as well because this place was absolutely amazing! It was our first time but by the end of it, I felt as if I have been going here for years! My nails were done by Sona and she can expect to receive my service for as long as I live in Ohio. I highly recommend this place for their outstanding customer service and excellent nail care!

First time here and the experience was wonderful. I had Sophie and she was so sweet to me and took her time with my nails. My hands are stiff and she worked with me and was very kind and helped me relax my hands and fingers. Everyone was welcoming and nice.

LOVE this salon! The staff there were so nice, friendly, fun and genuinely seemed to enjoy their work. They got us in quickly for mani pedis, had a great color selection, great service & package choices, reasonable prices and did a great job! Salon was nice and clean and had great music playing. I absolutely love this place! The people are amazing at what they do and Sona is awesome! I highly recommend coming here to get your Mani/pedi. Great atmosphere with friendly people. Lots of colors to choose from, along with many different styles. Even though they except walk-ins, I would definitely recommend calling ahead first 👍💅😊

Called several nail salons, but Sona at Ruby Nails & Spa was only one willing to try ombre effect with dipping powder. She does a fabulous job with dipping powder designs! She's been my nail tech ever since! Great staff, clean environment. Pay with cash for discounted price.

Ruby Nails did a great job for my pedicure. Workers were very kind and friendly definitely a 10/10 would recommend definitely will be going there again!

After 7 months of trying salon after salon after salon, I think I finally found a nail salon and nail Tech that I can go back to again and again and trust that they will do a good job. Vicki spent a lot of time on each step of the process making sure it was perfect every step of the way, instead of just rushing through like a lot of nail techs do even though she had to stay well after closing to finish my nails. So glad I finally found a good nail salon that takes their time and does quality work while being friendly and kind!

I absolutely loved it, I have anxiety and my hand shook a bit. The lady that was doing my nails made jokes and was sweet. It was incredibly clean and amazing.

Staff is super nice!! The prices are also very affordable and I’m in love with my nails.

LOVE LOVE LOVE. I get 3 weeks easily with my acrylic nails, which is only due to my regrowth. Definitely quality products and technique here! If I goof up and break a nail or two they happily fix it for me! They don’t have Sunday appointments anymore which restricts my window of availability to get in there, But I don’t usually have any problem getting in unless it’s last minute, near a holiday. Fun atmosphere, laid back staff, very accommodating and loving.
