This place has been nothing but great for the last 6 months. I've been going here regularly and always have been helped in a timely and professional manner.

Stopped in to this little oasis of petroleum today for a little bit of unleaded gas.

It’s really a very nice shop and pretty clean not great but pretty clean and it’s convenient.

The main drawback really here is the traffic and getting stuck at the light for five minutes just to be able to make a turn into this place.

I don’t normally visit BP gas stations but I got to say this one seems to be well-maintained and taking care of

Usually pretty great, unfortunately the man working today was severely lacking in good hygiene and I nearly threw up from his odor.

Receipt printers at the pumps are always out of paper. Only convenient if you are traveling west on East Broad. Only Top Tier option on East Broad east of 270.

It's OK. Decent gas prices. Inside always has a weird smell.

The staffing in the past has really been poor. Especially late at night the staff are attentive, apparently confused by simple things and just generally unprofessional. Now, I haven't stopped here late at night because of how I felt previously but unless the situation has changed I wouldn't recommend this place.

Extremely rude. Female employee gave me a dirty look when I asked for the bathroom key. I told her if it was too much of an inconvenience I could go somewhere else, to which she rudely handed me the key. No reason to act that way to a kind customer just asking to use the restroom. Ridiculous.

This is the closest gas station to my house. My husband and I went here this past Saturday to get gas and as we were pulling up the girl that was working had the doors open and was just chatting away to someone. She looked at us and rudely said they were closed because they were short handed even though there was 2 other people in there. This gas station is supposed to be open 24/7. My husband went there this morning and told the manager about it and he said she wasnt feeling good because she's pregnant. I worked the whole time through my pregnancies never made excuses and lies to get out of working. You cant just close the store because someone got pregnant. This same girl is always talking on the phone cussing and ignores people who are waiting to get gas etc. This used to be a good store until they changed management and now it's awful. They can never keep things stocked and the employees are so rude. Even the employees who worked at this gas station for years who did a great job quit because of the change of management. Dont go to this gas station unless you want to be ignored and have the girl put her finger up to you so she can finish talking on the phone instead of doing her job

It’s 1130 at night on 5/7/19 as I’m walking up to the door to get something to drink. The worker says they are closed. I walked back to my truck and looked to make sure they were 24 hrs. So I called the store and asked why they were closed and the worker said that she needed to close the store by midnight. I asked, you’re 24 hrs right and she said yes but not tonight. Since when do gas stations make up their own hours???

The manager, employees, and all other guests in this location were not even wearing masks. It's not like they just had them off for a break, the manager and employee were interacting with guests with no masks on whatsoever. Ohio just hit a record today of 5000 new coronavirus cases, and letting your employees and guests work and shop without masks is helping to spread this virus. BP corporate should be held responsible for the actions of this store, but instead they will ignore this review and continue to let their employees risk the lives of everyone who walks inside. If you value health and safety in any shape or form, do not go here.

Yesterday, we chose to get our fuel there, as we often have, forgetting about their prepay policy. For some unknown reason, if you use a prepaid card at this location and pay at the pump, they charge your card an additional FIFTY DOLLARS! That’s just their policy. We’ve made calls, sent emails, etc and still don’t entirely understand WHY BP feels entitled to a fifty dollar loan from MY account, but they do. That’s right, folks. When you pay at their pump, they’re taking the amount you pay for gas PLUS fifty dollars of YOUR money for twenty four hours OR LONGER! We ended up with late fees on our rent because this caused us to be thirty dollars short for an additional day— all because BP charged me $66 for $16 worth of gas. 25 hours later, I STILL didn’t have my money back on my card. Worst policy I’ve ever heard of in my entire life. What would happen if I’d only had exactly $16 in my account when I attempted to purchase the gas?🤔 What if there had been an emergency and I required my last fifty dollars to leave town or buy medication for my children?! What entitles you to touch money in MY account without my permission? I will make every person I encounter aware of this ridiculous practice. It wasn’t a fluke or an accident, anybody reading this. They regularly do this to my fiancĂ© as well. We were just in a hurry yesterday morning and didn’t think of it when we realized we had to stop for fuel. I’ve already informed my coworkers that I know stop in this location after their shifts. I’ve never heard of a more absurd business practice in my life. Get it together!

I I have purchase my fuel snacks tobacco products and anything else that I might snag up along the way for the last 2 riding season. (2yrs) I have done this while wearing a helmet each time. Although today I am told by wearing a helmet I could be committing a robbery. This being said to me while I stand there with my drink in hand chatting with other customers. Management says I can't cover face unless it's for my religion. Its "not safe" for me to wear a helmet in side. Manager stated. No signage posted just a made up rule by the clerk/manager because she was robbed before by a helmet wielding man! Must have been a real serious helmet! At any rate, not returning any business to this BP is my way of thanking the crew and management of this BP. Helmets don't commit robbery, people commit robbery people! !

New Year’s Day at 6:30 PM the guy behind the counter is yelling on the phone, cursing and not wearing a mask and has no desire to offer customer service. I try my best to avoid going to this gas station due to the constant horrible service. It is sad cause this is the closest one to me.

I went here to use the bathroom and the elderly woman working there forced me to take napkins out the snack section to use as toilet paper to do with I wont say. I’m not going to act like I need the most quality for the bathroom but snack napkins? Come on man

Horrible. Stopped in to get a drink and pay for gas around 10:00pm.
Employee talking to his friend who doesn't work there making fun of the customers.
Totally unprofessional...felt like I'm in the hood.

Horrible experience I went in there and asked for a tobacco product which was a game leaf and because I didn’t double check what the worker handed to me I can no longer get a refund or exchange out the product because they gave me the wrong thing which is ridiculous I should not have to double check the workers in there when they should know what they’re doing and what they’re giving out to customers if they ask for something specific.
