Helpful staff doing what they can to help new students be prepared

Collage bookstore on the campus my son is attending. Very helpful staff and was very thorough is answering questions and explaining things that I am sure need to explained multiple times on move in day to hundreds of parents!

I have been in several Barnes & Nobles throughout my 28 years of life, and this one is by far the most cared for I have ever had the pleasure of walking into. As someone who loves books and works retail, I can tell how much the employees care and respect their jobs and their store. The apparel is folded neatly at all times, their books are beautifully organized, the floors still have minor evidence of being swept and mopped, the employees are so patient and even when they are busy they still seem genuinely happy to see you come in. It is a perfect merger of a college supply store, bookstore, and a coffee shop. I would highly reccomend this place, even to those who are not students. It is subtly classy, quiet, family and business friendly, as well as having a very supportive and clearly hardworking staff. If you have the time, I would visit even if just for a quiet place to think, or enjoy a good Boba!

Toured campus with my son who will be attending here and the staff was extremely helpful. She also helped me save money but explaining to me if I downloaded a certain app it would give me a percentage off my new UNOH sweatshirt.

The staff here are really great. They have always taken care of me and always ask me if I decided to go further in my degree. They take a personal interest in you.

Nice facility. Good people with great service on a beautiful college campus. They also have a Starbucks what else can you ask for!

Life savers, I got a pack of face masks from them. Although im not happy I paid $10.66 on 2 face mask

Not as big as some other locations, bit still Barnes & Noble quality. If they don't have it, they can get it.
