AT&T Store

The customer service at this store is phenomenal. I struggle with technology but Kylee was extremely helpful when it came to my needs. I highly recommend her!!

I had terrible service from my previous carrier. No service in home and no service while working. I drive for a living so I needed reliable service. I did my research and AT&T seemed to be the perfect match for me. I drove almost an hour to the Elida store in Lima because online it had the phone I was looking for and the store manager and district manager were great. Everything I asked they answered and they mad me feel like family. The two gentlemen did a great job.

Nice selection of phones and staff was friendly. I did not.feel pressured to make a purchase.

Arron was very helpful and knowledgeable about everything I asked and a great professional attitude.I will be back for more business when needed .

My phone had did some weird things and I stopped in after work. The guy name is NICK he got my phone back working in minutes. Thanks so much. He did a reset on it and it came back to life! I tried offering him a tip and he didn’t want it,but thanks again!!!!!

I came in to the Lima Ohio store this afternoon and Allie and Mariah helped me out with both of my phones. These ladies was amazing they already knew what the problem was and it took only 3 mins to fix the issue and Allie was really helpful with showing me how to do it myself the next time . I will give 5 stars to these ladies great job at what you do ladies . everyone should come see Allie.

The staff are incredibly helpful and I really enjoyed my experience purchasing 2 new iPhones. The team offered to send in the old iPhones so that I could easily receive the $700 trade-in offers from AT&T.

In the past I have purchased phones at a warehouse club or super center and the process was much more difficult than it was at AT&T Lima Mall area. I'd recommend that you do business at this location and avoid the hassle of big box retailers.

ALLYSON was great. Helped us do everything to get our new phones samsung 22 up and switched over. SHE WAS PLEASENT FRIENDLY AND ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS. YOU HAVE A KEEPER .THANKS FOR YOUR EMPLOYEE ALLYSON.

Very professional atmosphere the staff are very awesome! I met a guy named Tom, I think that's his name lol but he was great and I believe he is the manager. He has everything under control their. Awesome store great business they do everything to satisfy and please the customer!!

Great staff to work with!! They understood my problem and was able to come up with a solution to help me out.

We visited on a Tuesday at 6 PM. They weren't busy and it's nice to talk to a person face to face. The representative was courteous and was low pressure even though they work on commission. Good experience overall.
