Kewpee Hamburgers

1st time ordering a kewpee burger. Surprised at the size of the regular hamburger. Much larger than all of the competitors. The taste was very good. The French fries were good as well. Good Service and great price. I highly recommend this spot.

This is my hometown favorite! I've had so many of these I can't even tell you! But it was a real special treat to get one in town this week! The service in the morning is much better than the service in the afternoon at this particular location. And the food is too!

As a long time customer of the Kewpee's in Racine, WI I had to visit the Kewpee's of Ohio. While the burgers were good and the staff was excellent, it's not my hometown offering. Still I will visit again when I'm in the area, as a simple burger that relies on the burger being top notch is hard to find these days.

When you crave a classic cheese burger and fries with a malt, Kewpees is where it's at! The vintage atmosphere is absolutely killer! The burger was perfectly grilled, and the toppings and bun were fresh and awesome. The fries were great, and I don't even like French fries! They were super super busy, and the staff was cranking out orders like nobody's business! They had a line inside and cars wrapped around the building and was handling it like straight-up professionals. All the customers were happy, and no one had waited more than 5 minutes. Take notes, McDonald's! Even though Kewpee is over an hour from my house, the next time I'm craving a burger in making that drive and I highly suggest you do the same. Don't wait go now!!!!!

Love the old time small diner with the bustling city outside. Drive thru was around the corner but no line inside.

Finally had the chance to try an iconic Kewpee burger here in Lima Ohio. The restaurant definitely felt like something from years-gone-by. Orange booths, display cases with pies and donuts, and a limited menu, which I loved. I actually ate here twice, once inside and the second time using the drive-thru. The burgers tasted amazing, and I put it up there with one of the best I have gotten from a fast food restaurant.....generous toppings, perfectly cooked, super tasty, and greasy, just the way a good burger should be. The fries were good, but nothing special about them. The service was friendly, and exceptionally fast! So to sum it up, yes I would highly recommend KewPee's, and may even decide to drive back to Lima just for one of their delicious burgers!

The service I received was great. Although it does take a long time to get through the line because they make all the orders fresh. Just keep that in mind. But the food quality is definitely worth the wait You will surely enjoy what you order and come back again.

All of the vegetables on the burger were fresh and vibrant (no wilted lettuce or pale tomatoes. fast and attentive service. We enjoyed the retro atmosphere. The malt smoothie is an absolute must; but be careful as it is heavier than the small plastic tray and easy to fall.

Man this place surprised me! I was told I had to check it out while in Lima and I'm sure glad I did. The people were super friendly, the burgers were amazing , service was soo fast, and don't get me started on the chocolate malt, it was to die for! Definitely would come back if I'm ever in Lima again.

Excellent food, tonight I got a fish sandwich with tartar n onion. For a change tried something new n a chilli not that spicy either, n of course a frozen strawberry.If your ever in Lima Oh stop at Kewpee's I highly recommend it!!

Found this building oddly enough through studying old architecture! My visit was amazing, complete with a perfect burger and the best fast food fries I've ever had.

Expect to wait a bit. Everyone is short-staffed right now, and historic diners is no different. An eight minute wait seemed very fair for the end result with such delicious food.

Topped off my visit with a $5 coffee mug to take home.

Pies....check, Burgers....check, Malts....check. Awesome retro place. The tomato on my burger was really ripe and delicious. Pies were great.
