Sam's Club

I loved this Sams Club. The cashiers were very helpful and friendly. The guy at the exit door went out of his way to make sure we found everything we needed and was able to answer a couple of questions for us. By far my new favorite Sam's. The store was clean and stocked. Everything was nicely organized even with the food area under construction (still serving stuff). Clean bathroom. My kids love going and being able to get a fountian drink and sometimes ice cream on their way out. The muffins in the bakery are really good. The loaded potato soup they carry is also really good. Great Ninja Blender deals as well!

Clean, we'll organized. We had a Costco membership for some time and the Sam's Club had way better labels for finding what you want.

This place is amazing! It is bulk shopping. They have so much to offer.
Party supplies, all the meat you can think of, plus they have butchers to help pick out the right meat for yourself or your parties.
You can purchase clothes, oil, tools, lights, generators, sweepers, tires,
Bulk food, eggs to Lobster tails.
You do need to be a member. They will be happy to assist you at the counter. You can save so much buying in bulk. So, go to Sam's and give it a try. You will not be sorry.

Typical Sam's Club, pretty chill on weekdays, generally crowded on weekends, particularly in the mornings. The staff is very friendly and helpful, but can be hard to find during busy periods. Generally has an excellent fresh food selection (for a club store) and decent prices.

I almost always use the Scan & Go app as the checkout lanes here are usually backed up a few carts deep.

Found everything I wanted Had very nice lady that helped out at check out.

It’s not as big as some but very clean and neat. The food service people are great. She actually cut the pizza in half and the pizza was fully done. It was not the normal floppy I’ve had at a lot of sams. Kudos to the lunch crew here.

Got what I needed but told the girl that I needed help getting a microwave out of cart waited 5 minutes none came to put it in the car so I struggled to b put it in the back of my vehicle I am 73 years old and sometimes I need help with getting out of cart .Thank you

Great prices on bulk. Cheap salads, pretzels and pizza to go.

I've never had a bad experience at Sam's Club in Lima, Ohio. They have a lot of products that we use and you do usually save money on most items compared to buying them at a normal Walmart store. When we checked out yesterday, the lady had accidently scanned one item twice. Dad caught it on the receipt before we left town, so we stopped back at the store and they put the money for that item back on dad's card with no problem.

We went to get a few things and found everything we needed except bird seed. The store wasn't crowded so we could get in and out quickly. I did notice some of the cooler shelves were empty. I don't know if this was a stocking issue or they ran out of those items. The employees were very helpful and were all masked. The men's bathroom was very clean and an employee was cleaning a sink when I was there. Most of the people were using social distancing. All in all it was a pleasant experience (until we had to pay for everything, 😆).

I ordered and paid on-line for a couple of items and through email and messages when the order was ready for pickup. When I arrived the staff was very helpful and retrieved my items from the holding area. I was in and out very easily.

I could walk around and look at all they have with a grin on my face. It's wonderful 😀. They add new products and food items weekly. If you like buying bulk items like me this is your place to go. I go as much as i can😁.

Very clean, carts wiped down before you can use. Wide aisles. Fully stocked. Scan and Go is a wonderful tool. Saves so much time.

Alot of great stuff at a great price

Lima is in the midst of a remodel, so you may have to hunt a little for what you want. Or just ask an associate, they are helpful. We got our normal essentials and we are now eating at the nearby TXRH.

Always love shopping here get things in bulk and great deals. This is a great deal with baskets already in it.

My Time at Sam's was good. Was nice and Clean. But, it was very cold in the store.
