Very nice associates who are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Even during a very high traffic weekend, the store looked remarkably clean and well organized. The sale prices were comparable with competitors and the non-sale items were typical for JCPenny. The store's inventory was vast and there was plenty to shop.

Nice mall. Almost all spaces filled. Feel safe in this mall compared to bigger cities. Nice to see it still thriving

12/4/21...Stopped in JcP while at the mall to see what sales were going on. I found a few clearance items. The cashier in the children's department was really friendly. She even scanned a coupon for me that I wasn't aware of. Great experience!

My mom found a beautiful dress here for her grandson's wedding. She received many compliments on it. It shimmered in the sunlight.

Great prices and is a good spot for picking up some clothes for the holidays or a nice occasion. Had some great Christmas sales. The staff was super friendly and helped with a few questions. The staff went above and beyond to help with using gift cards and with questions about items that were and we're not on sale.

Great easy pickup of online order. You did have to go upstairs, but there is an elevator available to use. They were helpful for me not having to find the confirmation email, they instead used my drivers license as a picture identification.

Nice store but entrances for the handicap is closed makes it kind of rough. Store has caution tape up in kids section so it is tough maneuvering through the store. Assoc 0822 in the women's department was very nice.

Photo center part of pennys was awesome..the lady that works there is awesome with kids and takes awesome pictures..Penny's management needs to hold on to her and give her appreciation for what she does..very professional work and helps the customer

Great store tons of deals offered constantly and some pretty legit name brand mens clothing. Like addidas etc. I enjoy getting stuff from here. They also have a pretty good and affordable section of housewares decor and bathroom kitchen rugs towels etc.

Eh, typical JCPENNEY. I haven't been to one in forever, but it's attached to the mall so I wandered through looking at some sales. Seemed clean and organized.

Have shipped at Penny's for over 50 years. Always know I'll find quality clothing. Just, please, stop moving things around! Tired of trying to find things just to find out the next time I go there that it's somewhere else again!

I love JCPenney. I love the clothes and jewelry and purses. They have great sales and great salespeople. Today I bought a buy one get one free I saved $38 dollars. My favorite place to shop.

Love JCPenney. This location has a decent selection of menswear and usually has good deals. Clean as well. Also offers the best brand of shirts- Stafford!
