Kohl's

Was greeted with a smile and a friendly hello by two Kohl's associates, Danielle and Shana. Danielle was great with helping me find the item I was wanting to purchase. Shana was at the front-end/self-checkout and was most helpful with the process of getting cashed out. Great customer service and a great experience. Will definitely be back for my future needs.

My first cashier was rough, I attempted self checkout. Thankfully Jane came to assist and ensured that I received my full rebates and kohls cash opportunities. Thanks for all your help Jane you made our kohls experience very delightful. Merry Christmas

I was at the self checkout and the Lady was very helpful at the Lima store wish I could remember her name … she is definitely the person for the job. Made sure I put my phone number in and got on my coupons. Kohls cash , and my points. Thank You Lady your were great 👍

A very warm friendly cashier/associate named Deb checked me out at the register. She was very accommodating as I wanted to put my purchase on my Kohl’s card but did not have it with me. It’s nice to see people who enjoy their positions & kohl’s seems to be knocking it outa the park. Kiddos to management 👍🏻👏🏻

Thus store is clean,bright and easy to get around. Two ladies helped me locate a sweater I wanted. At the checkout Jan.D explained my loss of rewards due to items returned.

Just sharing the staff at Kohls in Lima Ohio are always so helpful and friendly. I believe they all need to be commended for their hard work.

Brittany in Home Good Department-Professional, Knowledgeable, and very helpful. She made me feel like my needs were very important and made my shopping experience excellent.

Sharon at checkout explained the benefits of opening a Kohls account, and helped me do so. Now my future shopping trips was net additional rewards.

Associates was very helpful and pleasant to talk to. (Janet) at the return desk was very knowledgeable and kind.

This is always a great store, always has merchandise I can use, clean store, clean restrooms, in-stock, nice displays, tables and racks are always straightened, helpful courteous professional associates, register lines move right along!

Hannah Miller in Sephora was very helpful. We were having trouble with my email & she took the time to fix it so that I could receive my points. She was also friendly & helpful in the store itself.

My cashier Cody was very nice and helpful. Appreciated his help very much.

Very nice customer service woman was working there today. A woman moving goods on a huge cart was very polite. And when the checkout line was long a lady came to direct us to an open cashier when it was our turn. The cashier was a very young girl with long hair and she complimented my son on his choice school shoes. It was a very nice experience after getting my wisdom tooth removed! I would definitely shop this location again!

Customer service was GREAT! from returning an Amazon purchase to receiving coupons to Sephora! Alondra in Sephora was great.
