Very well organized and well run. Easy to get in/out. Very convenient. Typical TCH (high) standard of care.

Every time I am there my experience are excellent it's a a good hospital all people I know they are very professional and sweet I love my doctors there.

Visited the lab on Montgomery Road today (11/6/2021).
The check in staff member was exceptionally polite, and professional. This type of employee really reflects well on the employer.

Like the check in staff member Wanda was exceptionally polite, and professional.
She is very skilled and did her work in a professional , efficient manner.

I had hand surgery the yesterday. The staff was amazing! Professional and kept everything upbeat. I wished I could remember all the people that helped me. They deserve individual recognition. Dr. Messerschmidt did the surgery. 24 hrs later, almost no pain. Thanks to everyone involved. ❤

I would just like to say thank you very much to the Outpatient Staff ,outstanding customer service. Both of the times that I came there the person that checked me ,the person that completed the mammogram. When I returned for further follow up, everyone was awesome. Great place. Everyone is friendly and does great work.

I had a procedure done here 2 months ago and everything went perfectly. I waited for maybe 5 minutes (I got there close to 5 min before my actual appt time) and the surgery was in and out. The recover went extremely well, and I am thankful.

Friendly atmosphere

The check-in process is terrible. No line. No order to who will be served next. People just mull about trying to figure out when it will be their turn. Entry to the offices is far from the waiting area. A nurse comes out to call a patient and they stand at the door, so far from the seating, it's practically impossible to hear them. Two simple corrections. Either have a number or waiting line system for check in. Have the nurses walk out into or closer to the waiting area to call patients. Much attention has been given to the design of the facility. It's pleasant and attractive. But the service could use a makeover. If course the doctors are top notch once you get to them.

Nice place, but come late and bring a book.
