This place is ran very smoothly and is very well kept clean and sanitary no clutter and very organized they offer almost every service a actual United States postal mailing center would have there is a banner maker there's PO boxes available and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly I added some photos of their prices on boxes to mail and a shot of their current hours

Katie professionally wrapped special vintage glassware and packed it up beautifully! She took extra time to give suggestions on unwrapping once the destination is received. I’m so appreciative of her service. Eileen

They ship, they copy, they have cards and shipping boxes and supplies. The owner (Bill) and his wife and staff are all so fast and friendly. It’s very convenient right at Catalina Highway and Tanque Verde rd.

I have gone to this mail depot for over 6 years since moving to Tucson .. Debra has assisted me several times. She is always helpful and keeps a smile on her face in doing so. I think she can do her job blind folded , she’s that good. The manager / owner is always friendly too.. 😊Thank you !

Friendly, helpful staff - great atmosphere - makes me so happy to support a local quality business! Impressive service, I was there for maybe 10 minutes sending a fax and during that time I watched the manager effortlessly coordinate and take care of customer traffic flow, run out to the parking lot to resolve a shipping label question for once customer, and even deliver a customer's cane to her when she walked out without it.

Locally owned business very nice people and atmosphere. I have a box there and I can check it at my leisure my packages and mail is always safe and secure. The usps is nothing but problems lately and I’m glad with bear canyon I have zero worries. They are a drive away. A little busy during rush times but they try to serve direct customers ahead and keep the line going by multiple cashiers at once. Very happy

Best thing ever. Nicest people big variety of merchandise & cleaner than you could imagine. Owners are super nice. If I wasn't so handicapped with my back & knees, I'd love to work there.

Always professional, friendly, and helpful with my needs. Gets real busy at times but that's a sign that customers are finding them efficient and capable. They have an array of products. Mrs. D picked up a puzzle and card for a sick friend and I saw a woman buy a replacement phone charge cable she'd lost. They also have some amazing printer/sign options.

The Postal Depot does a great job serving the Tanque Verde community. The owner really cares about customer service and his attitude is reflected in his employees. The store is just short of a gift shop, and they are always happy to help when needed. A great asset to our area!

Excellent customer service. We need to support this locally owned business. They're able to return Amazon packages if you choose the option to print a label and email it to them. Will continue to use them moving forward.

My sister and I went to Bear Canyon Mail Depot. We needed to mail a lot of Fragile items that belonged to our dad who had just passed. I just want to say that they did a remarkable job packing all the items. They arrived at our home in Colorado in great shape. I also want to say they understood our needs and were empathetic to us just losing our father unexpectedly. I want to say thank you to Bill, Joanie, Michelle, Grace, Carrie, and Debra. You were all wonderful.

It costs $1 to drop off USPS Priority Mail packages here. Well worth that just to avoid driving to a post office, only to then wait in line for 10 minutes or more. Great and friendly service.

Bill and his staff go above and beyond in making sure that the customer receives the products and services that they require. The shop did not have what I needed when I went in. Instead of sending me on my way empty handed, Bill personally took it upon himself to get what I needed from the actual US Post Office, and I had it in my possession within hours. I greatly appreciate this level of customer service. Thank you!

Have gone to mail depot many times to mail both letters and packages. Once in a while I have them "wrap" them for me. I always enjoy chatting with them. Service is excellent, employees are friendly. A great place to pick up a birthday/anniverary card because cards are not the run of the mill.
