Every time I’ve come here every body is so helpful and kind! Seems like a really nice family owned business I’d recommend to anyone. Cathy especially is super helpful!

We shipped 20-30 boxes (fragile items, big and small items, furniture, etc.) w/Kathy - she could not have been more helpful and patient with helping us. She determined the best way of shipping, appropriate size of boxes, and packed expertly. She made the move easier and took a lot of stress off of our shoulders! We could can not rate the experience high enough. Thanks you!

Customer Care Service was beyond what I could of imagine. Aaron was very patient with me as we were designing a Celebration of Life poster for my mom. I had no idea where to start except for the words. Thank you

This UPS store has the best customer service of any shipping store that I have used. The staff are customer centric, they are knowledgeable, and overall great to work with. They helped me with notaries and shipping. More importantly
they helped me understanding shipping costs before I make a commitment. I dislike going to a store and finding out that shipping is 20 percent of the cost and I have 80 percent in packaging. These folks know shipping and packaging. I would recommend any new franchisee learn the ropes at this store.

It was easy and convenient. I really appreciated how tidy the store was in spite of the fact that it’s a busy shipping season, and how friendly the staff person that assisted me was.

I had an Amazon return in which I selected Kohl’s as a drop off. After having breakfast at Le Buzz I decided to run into this brand new UPS store and see if I could do my return there. The woman behind the counter asked if she could look at my phone once I pulled up my Amazon account. She did everything for me, my return and gave me a receipt very pleasant service, clean store and not busy for now anyway. If you are looking for a funny card they have some good ones. I look forward to using this UPS store in the near future!

It's a holiday weekend, the few notaries available want a hundred dollars for business. My spouse and I called the one UPS store operated with a notary. When we walked in, only one person was available to work with, Kathy not only was helpful and pleasant to speak with, she was extremely efficient at her job. I will be returning for all mailing needs from here on out.
