Ace Hardware

First time in this location. Nice neighborhood Ace. I was impressed by the employees. Helpful and friendly to customers and when they interacted with each other it seemed like a family to me. Several customers were addressed by name. When a customer got a little upset by something the cashier handled it beautifully. It's a clean store and well organized. It's got your usual Ace stuff and a nice selection of local items too.

I love this location. They have everything I have ever needed when doing home improvements and such. The staff are real nice. I’ve even been hooked up when I found a deal posted that was past the expiration date. They honored the deal price! 10/10 recommend. Especially over big box stores like Lowe’s and Home Depot. If prior service or first responders, don’t forget to ask for discount.

This store has the kindest and most helpful employees I have encountered.
On several occasions I have needed help finding something, fixing something or choosing the best tool for a job, on each occasion I received help above and beyond. Employees are Knowledgeable and service oriented.

I just love this store. They have a small garden center outside with plants, the employees are super friendly, and I can spend a couple of hours just looking at all the things there. Best store to grab your birdseed!!

I want to applaud and thank Ace Hardware at Bear Canyon for outstanding customer service. I had a broken hinge on a mirrored door of a medicine cabinet. 2 workers, including the store manager, worked on the cabinet for half an hour. When they were done they presented me with a bill for 11 cents!

This Ace is incredible. If you need it, they most likely have it!

Of the best hardware stores I have ever been to and I go to quite a few. Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable staff. They have many items not commonly found in hardware stores from ammunition to welding supplies.

ACE Is THE place! They have every you need and they have extremely helpful staff. Fast service to get you checked out in a hurry. So nice to have a local place for all those weekend and weekday jobs. This is a very nice Ace Hardware. It is a large store with a lot of items to choose from. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were 1 piece of sheetrock short from completing our project and I picked it up here. They put the sheetrock in my truck for me. Quick, easy, out the door. I was only in town for 10 days, but we popped in the store at least 4 or 5 times to pick up supplies to finish our projects.

Your typical friendly and knowledgeable Ace hardware. They also have great southwest metal works by locals, chicks, and coops.

Ace Hardware on Bear Canyon is the best! I brought in a cart with a wheel that kept falling off. Scott spent 20 minutes fixing the cart! He did not know this, but this cart was essential for an elderly friend. I can not tell you how awesome it was to have him help us. I have gone here for years. If I really need help this is the place I go to!

9-29-23: David (Slim) and David (Boogie) changed my wheelbarrow tire tube. It was very difficult but they never gave up. Thank you soooo much David and David!😁

Excellent store convenient and shop often. I have only had one bad experience and that was the lady in paint. Other than that, the staff is so awesome and they will go out of their way to assist you. Incredible store. One of my favorites. Rather spend an extra dollar or two than go to bix box depot.

This is really the only Ace in town as far as I am concerned. The best one out there and I mostly shop here unless I am forced to go to Home Depot or some other Ace (which I typically don't do.) I just can't say enough good things about it. Been going here since I was just a kid and it's unmatched. Amazing Customer Service and great prices.

Ace is the place with the helpful hardware man. Unlike the big box stores. Keys cut.

I lived in close promity to the Ace Hardware store on Bear Canyon Rd, for more than 4 1/2 years. They were my "go to" hardware during that time. The CSR's know no strangers and always treated me, from the first visit, as though I was a familiar friend and customer. Their sales people were always very helpful and carried exactly what I was looking for. 6 months ago, I relocated 10 miles away, nearer to a different Ace Hardware. However, the store is much larger and the customer service is vastly different. Although my "old Ace Hardware" is now 10 miles away, I return there when I need something from Ace. They continue to have the "hometown atmosphere" and great customer service. Each time I return to the Ace Hardware on Bear Canyon Rd, it's like going home again. Even with gas prices as high as they are, the Bear Canyon Ace Hardware is where I will continue to shop. Thank you Bear Canyon Ace, you're the best!!

I love Ace Hardware. The people that work there are very helpful and knowledgeable. They've talked me through several projects. If you have do it yourself projects, definitely go there for advice. You won't be sorry.
