Bookmans East Entertainment Exchange

I am obsessed with this store. I wish I could of spent more time in there! So many items made by local artists. Huge selection of books and lots of other cool things!

I love the funky vibe of Bookmans, plus it's dog friendly, which is always great in my book. They have a great vinyl selection. They even have 45's, but they are shoved in a cabinet haphazardly and take a while to go through. They have a fantastic kids section and a big puzzle and game section. Staff is always super nice.

Found so many cool thing from books, games, clothing, to trinkets and novelty things. This particular Bookmans was well organized and staff was super helpful. There is something for every age group and genre. Now it is visible from Speedway with a fair amount of parking. Several other vendor well within walking distance in this shopping plaza. We will definitely be returning to this location next time we are in town. Oh, even their restrooms were well maintained.

Always finding new things here, so, yea, not much has changed.

I enjoyed my visit to Bookman's. My partner and I went a little bit after we moved to Tucson. This is the biggest book store I have ever been in in my life. I'm a book lover. I love the smell of them. I love just seeing them on the shelves. It gives me life and to be surrounded by thousands of books was an amazing experience.

There was books in all genres. I walked through every section looking at titles and flipping through some pages. I loved the ambiance. There were comfy chairs throughout where you can sit and enjoy a book if you'd like.

What I also loved was the decorations. There was all types of scenes, musical instruments, cartoons etc that would make any adult to be a kid again. I thought that was a very nice touch. You could come here just to see the decorated scenes throughout the store.

Bookman's has lots of used books to choose from, but keep in mind they don't have every book in the world. This store is big, but not that big. They even have a children's section that any child would love.

This store was wheelchair accessible as the aisles are wide to accommodate. There's a nice big shared parking lot out front which includes handicapped parking spaces.

This is definitely the place for book lovers.

This place is awesome!! They have everything old and new from books, games and music to instruments. I could spend all day here. They also have one of the largest kids sections I’ve ever seen. Would 100% recommend!

I love this place, the people are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Plus the store itself is really inviting and interesting. I really love the displays they make that have different fascinating themes (i.e a nature display with all different types of nature books, music, and art.) These themed displays have allowed me explore new things and ideas that I might not have considered learning about before had it not been presented for me!

Neat store. Found a really old compilation book that is long out of print for a fair price. They have a Huge selection and very reasonable pricing. Brought in a bunch of stuff that was taking up space. Got a fair amount for the items took the store credit over cash. Only draw back is a place like this will attract sketchballs looking to hock items they likely stole or scavenged from Goodwill. They often have a police officer pulling security. Regardless neat store worth checking out, almost certain to find something worth buying.

Great store that’s only improved over the last few years.

Book selection is organized and deep. The music section has an excellent range on instruments in great shape.

There is a dedicated kids area with a huge selection.

Staff is friendly

This place is absolutely amazing. So many cool things in 1 store. Tons of old video games and consoles, a section with Pokémon cards, tons of old magazines including vintage Nintendo power. LOTS of Star Wars figurines.

A great store! Locally owned. Great, friendly staff! And you can get trade in value for your stuff!! One of two stores I frequent often.

I love this store! It has an amazing selection of books, movies, music, videogames, toys, and little bit of items in between. Must recommend to anyone in the area!

It's worth a visit when looking for something to do in Tucson. Excellent selection of used books along with other stuff like music, comics, and collectibles. Get lunch next door at Beyond Bread.

I love this place! They have a huge selection that can easily keep me preoccupied for an hour. My favorite part is their used game selection. Great place to find all sorts of unique things.

Always great customer service.Recieved more in trade than expected and cashier told me the category of books they are in need of.

Having stopped utilizing Westside Bookman's on Ina/Thornydale due to rude and flippant staff and they stopped taking recent hardbound books (I prefer the larger print), I took a chance on the Eastside Bookman's when I move to the Eastside Foothills. I've been back 3 times (I read a lot), and each time has been an excellent experience. Rather than flippantly telling you where certain category sections are, the kind staff at Eastside Bookman's on Speedway take you there. This store seems much larger and is well laid out with more room for browsing foot traffic. Books are better organized on the shelves. And there are many more checkout counters than the Westside Bookman's. All encounters with the staff have been pleasant, friendly, courteous and very helpful. This is retail customer service done extremely well! Many kudos from this customer who managed customer in very demanding corporate and retail environments.

Huge collection of books! Can even find some special edition books that usually come in subscription boxes! Staff is always friendly

Great place to find second hand books of any sort plus bring them video games board games and they might buy it or offer you store credit. Bookmans is a very fun place

We love this place. My kids could walk around, undecided, forever, because there's so much stuff. I recommend signing your kids up for their kids club membership, they receive free credits on their birthday.

I LOVE Bookman's. I grew up going to the original store on Grant, and though I don't make it out to Tucson much anymore, when I'm in town I ALWAYS stop in to one of their locations. This particular store had an amazing selection of books I'd been searching for.
