I’m truly grateful to Karyn and Stephanie for their assistance in helping me acquire a pair of shoes at a discounted price, even though the product wasn't originally on sale at Kohls Southeast Tucson. I was a bit perplexed since the discounted items were located right beside in the same aisle, but their kind consideration led them to extend the discount to me. It's employees like them that make the shopping experience truly exceptional. Thank you.

Very good variety of merchandise.Great place to find those stocking stuffers for people who are difficult to find that unique present for. The staff are always helpful and friendly. The cashier Leah was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Great customer service. Keep up the good work.

The new Sephora section is beautiful. The clothing shelves were a bit disorganized, but it's a busy time of year. Staff were putting out more Christmas decor and gifts (they already had a lot out). Overall, I was able to find what I came for (plus some) and staff were friendly and helpful.

Rosie in the Sephora section was absolutely fantastic. She was very knowledgeable, helped me with my routine questions, and helped me with a product replacement that is no longer carried. The best help I have gotten and it was in just a short period of time. This location is one I will definitely be returning to over the 5 others in the Tucson area.

I was in Kohl’s shopping today using my gift card and my cashier Heidi I must say it was outstanding. It’s so pleasant to see that they still hire decent people outstanding customer service skills. She was wonderful.

I purchase a lot from Kohls, and I am extremely happy with all of my purchases. In the rare cases that I am not, the return policy is very customer friendly, and takes no time at all. Five stars

I was assisted by Ms.Leigh today who was very courteous and patient...I'd forgotton my phone and needed to scan the barcode..she had a long line but allowed me to run to my car while she held my purchase...an in inconvenience when the line is wrapped through the store...but needless to say her customer service prevailed and I'd gotten my $60 pet bed...dropped down to$20 on clearance and basically free since I was using KC! ...love this location, thank you Ms. Leigh! (And i did the survey)

There's one young lady regularly working in customer service here, I find her to be extremely pleasant and always customer focused. Bravo, Isabel! You are the best.

Stephanie at the Sephora in Kohls Southeast Tucson Store 0688 is the best! Confident in her products, knowledgeable with the different products and able to help me with my complicated skin needs! I really enjoyed her service

One of the larger Kohls stores I've been in. Clean, lots of merch, helpful employees. When I was there, I was told the GPS equipped carts couldn't be taken out of the store (because they were locking up). Hope they got that taken care of.

One Stop shopping here at this store. They've got a little bit of everything you need for every Walk of Life. Very easy to find and it's close to several other stores and gas stations and the freeway also easy to get to by the bus

Store is clean and fairly well staffed. Associates are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Steph at checkout was particularly helpful. She helped me set up my Kohls rewards app.

Always very nice in here. A TAD pricey, but the clothing lasts and doesn't fall apart!

Leigh was so very kind and helpful. She explained everything I needed to know about my purchase and payment and even said to be sure and hydrate as I was leaving. A wonderful woman!

Rosie, who works the Sephora section is a true professional. She's helped me before & really knows make-up & she knows to ask the right questions to meet customers needs. Today there was another associate just standing by the aisle in front of Sephora section & she seemed bothered that I asked for help. She yelled over at Rosie who was busy helping 3 clients waiting at the register. Rosie quickly came over to assist me when she was done at the register, while the other girl went back to standing by the aisle. The 5 stars are for Rosie. Most Khols associates are not very helpful & the line is ridiculous no matter when u go.

This is my 1st time leaving a review, but I had to do it. I picked up my order from the kohls on Pantano Rd in Tucson AZ. I just started a business, and got a large last minute job starts 2mrw am. A real opportunity. So I ordered dozen polos for my team. I also have a broken foot and require a lot more assistance.
I’m so grateful Karyn was there to help. She listened, was completely understanding, went out of her for me, Then wouldn’t accept the tip I offered. Thank you Karyn with a “y”
