One of my favorite places to eat and drink for a nice meal in Kent. Nice for a date or meeting friends. Excellent food. Fantastic service (if they're packed, please be patient.) The outside eating is a little chilly in the winter, so keep your hat on!

Cool place, really good cocktails and very good food. The atmosphere is dark and cool. Place got busy on a Wednesday night. Our drinks (my wife's water) was forgotten twice. Even though we were there at 715, they started closing while we were still eating, and we're spraying doors and sweeping while we were finishing up. Still, we are lucky to have this place in Kent!

Sweet potato gnocchi with portobello mushroom and chicken (chicken was over cooked), but the rest of the dish was FABULOUS!!!
My friends and I had an AMAZING dinner reservation at 5:30 on a Friday night. We placed our orders promptly with our server while the dining area was still nearly vacant but our food took over 45-50min to arrive. When our food arrived it was DELICIOUS!!

Best place we have been to in a long time. Had a 5$ burger special, which was absolutely amazing. My wife had the brisket, which was awesome as well! Will be back here for sure!

Very nice casual restaurant! About half of the seating is located around the bar with the other half of the seating in a quieter atmosphere.
We went on a Saturday night and they were very busy. Waited about there thirty minutes... which is typical.
Once we were seated service was very friendly and prompt.
The food was very good. And they have a kids menu. My son ordered the cheeseburger and he was pleasantly surprised that it was a full size burger.
We had the pasta and some tacos.
For an appetizer we had the brisket nachos... that could have been a meal by itself.
Prices are above average, but the food justified the little extra cost.

Our first -- and off-the-cuff decision -- time for a lunch treat, this restaurant gave us a very nice experience. Our food choices were fresh and scrumptious! Friendly and classy atmosphere, along with the food, will be drawing us there again.

Our service was fantastic and the food was amazing! We had the brisket fries, bbq chicken pizza, and dessert. All fantastic!

We have been going to the Bistro since their opening many years ago. Unlike most long time restaurants they seem to get better every year. Was there last evening for "Social Hour" and had a great time. Drinks and appetizers where great as well as Nancy our server. She was fantastic. As always they did a GREAT job

What a fabulous dining experience !
First time Saturday evening dinner and it was absolutely delicious! The Salmon was perfect and The Meatloaf was so unique and flavorful! The bar has a great team as they all seem to work together to tend to all of their guests . Definitely going back soon ! Hardest decision is what to choose from the menu next 😋!

A good friend of mine recommended this place. Amazing friendly staff, very helpful and knowledgeable about all of the specials. I recommend sitting at the bar Christa and Maddy are amazing!!! This place will not disappoint high scale dinning with out the price.

All I can say is WOW! This place is amazing. We planned a spontaneous wedding and they were quick to accommodate our needs. The owner arron was so nice and attentive. There was a mix up and they accidentally gave us 2 pans of mash potatoes and the owner himself called and drove out and delivered our Mac n cheese immediately. The food was fabulous and definitely perfect way to end our wedding night! Plan to order again for our one year anniversary. Thank you bistro on main!

Well first off, this place has the most beautiful ladies' restroom I've ever been in LOL. I had a really nice time. They had a sign up front saying that they were short-staffed and to be patient but to be honest, they had better service than most of the places that say they are short staffed. I didn't get any food that night but I could tell the wait staff was really great and the food looked delicious. There was wonderful entertainment there, as well, which is hard to find right now. I will be back over and over again!

Great food and cocktails. Rented out a portion of the dining room for a rehearsal dinner. Staff was great and very accommodating. I would definitely check this spot out again!

Great food and long-time waitresses who make your meals enjoyable! Love the Salmon, Clams and salads. Eat at the bar for a relaxing evening and enjoy the music on the weekends. A+++

Great friendly service at the bar last night! We stayed late and were treated like guests in a home. Will definitely be back. Food, drinks, atmosphere all on point!

It was a very busy Friday night but they managed to get us a seat rather quickly. Service, food and drinks were superb. The only odd thing is the location of the women's restroom.

Went for my birthday dinner and we had a party of five and received great service! As soon as there was a dirty dish our server cleared it which it is nice to not have a stack of dirty dishes at your table. Everyone enjoyed their food! I got the Beef Brisket

The Bistro On Main always has delicious food! The wait staff are always on point. Krista is just amazing, always making us feel welcome every time. If you have never been, add this place to your list of eateries to try!

Wonderful dining experience! The interior is very nice, upscale and comfortable. Service was excellent and our server was very knowledgeable about the menu. I had the smoked wagyu, meatloaf sandwich and it was delicious. Outstanding cocktail menu and decent beer menu that should make most beer drinkers happy. The night we went they had live entertainment and it was great was well. If you need a break from the typical Kent college dining experience and want something more upscale then I cannot recommend the Bistro enough!
