I cannot say enough good things about the women who work in the perfume and cosmetics department.

I went in with the impossible task of finding a special perfume that someone once smelled a year ago 😳

With a lot of patience from the lovely woman who helped me and excessive descriptions of the events that unfolded a year ago; we found the fragrance my recipient was looking for!!

Not only was this miraculous woman a fragrance specialist but she also extraordinarily knowledgeable in makeup. She helped me narrow down the perfect product and was totally honest the whole time. Never trying to “Just sell me something”!! She truly wanted me to be happy.

Thanks a million! I’ll definitely be coming back for other purchases in the near future because of this experience.

Special attention to detail from a wonderful salesman will keep me coming back for the Burberry collection.

I always hit neimans first then walk to Saks [I love their fur salon]
Staff is generally friendly and not pushy.
I love walking around browsing different styles from designers.
Excellent bathroom which is somewhat hidden down a long hallway.

I LOVE this location. Christa is our go-to for all things Neiman and I could not ask for a better representative of the brand.

She helped me select the perfect gifts for my partner at Christmas and is amazing to work with all year long.

Finally, for a smaller size Neiman, this store has a nice selection for men…and if they don’t have it in store, they are always willing to get it ordered and shipped straight to us (which is a plus, since we are an hour and a half away).

I had an absolutely lovely time at Neiman Marcus the other day! I was looking for a wedding guest dress and I had no idea where to start. The store manager, Dan, was so incredibly helpful with setting me up with my own personal shopper, Brandon. This being my first visit ever to an upscale clothing store, I was kind of nervous but Brandon and Dan made me feel so welcome and comfortable. Tim was very knowledgeable in the products as well and everyone I met was so nice and accommodating. The customer service is top notch. I chose an amazing dress and boots that Brandon paired together and I can’t wait to visit again. Truly an amazing experience!

Got my wife a YSL bag. And, yes she loves it! Great store, with several designers to choose from! Go check em out. Plus, it was cheaper than Saks..

Who is going to decide if they should go Neiman Marcus based on a Google review. But anyway, always a positive experience, the people that work there are nice, knowledgeable, and always take the time to answer any questions I might have and make wonderful suggestions.

Have loved Neimans for years. Customer service, care from sales personnel and welcoming atmosphere not to mention quality merchandise keep me coming back. I have always been treated as a loved friend. And have always come home with fabulous purchases. And the Zodiac Room is phenomenal!!

High-end clothing for high-end prices. You can tell the difference between the clothing here and an average store. Clean store and security guards onsite make you feel safe. People aren't bothering you every five seconds to push info on you.

The men's department in this store is excellent! It is very inviting and the service is top notch. Everyone was helpful and nice especially Jeff. He helped me with my return process on a belt after I received the wrong color. Highly recommend this place.

We were actually just passing through here on our way to Nordstrom and of course I had to walk by the shoes and they were having a sale. Who doesn't love a designer shoe sale. A lady by the name of Jan D. helped me look for several pairs. Her customer service skills were extremely on pleasant. Very good at understanding sizing, fit and excellent at making suggestions based on what that particular customer is looking at. Very intuitive. I really enjoyed my shopping experience because of this lady.

I ended up with three pairs of shoes, two of them on sale. Prada white ankle boots, Prada tennis shoes, and Brunello Cucinelli beautiful wedges. The wedges are just exquisite.

I have to say, Neiman Marcus never disappoints with their chic boutique and excellent customer service. They always have a great shoe and purses collection which as you know, usually, any woman with a pulse, just loves. I am accustomed to much larger Neiman stores yet this is a good store, just smaller in scale.

I love love love this store! My husband always says my "best friends" are in this store. I just adore Tiffany in cosmetics and Jamie in ladies shoes. Wonderful shopping environment with really fabulous staff!

Excellent customer service and staff.

Took my daughter here for her birthday lunch. The food was great and staff were both friendly and fast even with a crowded lunch rush. All around it was great experience.

Update 03/26/2019, I returned to the store to purchase my first bottle of Creed Himalaya. The sales person Helena was of for the day; however, the genderal manager ensued my sale was credited to her commision. The sales person who assissted me was very helpful and patient (⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐). She allowed me the time and space to make a decision about an very expensive purchase.

My first visit was a great! The sales person was very helpful her name was Helena. She gets five (⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐). She was standing in for the Creed fragrance specialist, who was off that day.

Upon my second visit to narrow my selection, the Creed specialist was there; she was helpful and provided me with the sales stats of the different Creed's (⭐⭐). However, she never offered me a sample. If your making $300.00 purchases of cologne you should be offered a sample. It's impossible to truly experience a fragrance with one or two sprays while shopping. When I shop at Macy's or especially Nordstrom's, the fragrance specialists (or sales person) ensures you leave with a sample or two. I will be purchasing my Creed from Neiman Marcus; however, from the specialist that went far and above with her customer service.

Update: On my third visit I was perusing the Tom Ford collection, when the helpful sales persons offered their assistance and a sample⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. This only reenforced my earlier perception. Now that I've made my choice, I will be looking for Helena to handle my purchase.

Everyone down in the men's area is super helpful, and will help you find what's perfect for you. Kera is especially awesome when it comes tracking down the items you're after.
