had a great experience stopping here to drop off an Amazon return. The girl that helped me was very friendly and I was in and out quickly

I went to UPS to send documents in a next day package and get them notarized. It was paperwork for insurance after a terrible accident. I did not understand what I was doing. Mya Amstutz made sure the documents were done correctly. She answered all my questions and was extremely helpful. She knew I was still stressed from the accident and let me take my time getting organized. Tara Ray helped me fix a mistake I made before we sent the package. She walked me through the process and checked with Mya to make sure I had done everything correctly before getting it sent out. Both of them were of great help and put my mind at ease. I was just in here to send a return to Amazon when I received an emergency phone call needing to take my dog to the vet the staff was quick caring and efficient even though there was a line she took care of everything for me and I was able to rush home I appreciate this so much in a time of being overwhelmed and scared this was great quality service and I was able to make it in time to get my animal to the vet thank you so much to everyone here at this business.

Nicole was absolutely awesome! I came in with a very unique problem in getting four new beach chairs packaged in dimensions that total less than 62 inches combined so that we could check them on Delta for free (vs. $200). UPS did not have any stock boxes that worked so she spent quite a bit of time in the back carving up different boxes and combining them back together to make the dimensions work. We arrived at our destination today with the chairs at no cost. Nicole truly went above and beyond. I have not seen customer service like this in a long time. Thank you, Nicole!

I feel as if I was treated properly today. Shipping is still out of this world as always. A certain lady working morning shift was a little bit backwards and didn't talk much but she did what I wanted her to.

Overall my experience was fine.

I'm giving UPS 5 stars specifically because of Nicole's efforts to track my pkg and to settle my claim. This store really went all out to help me with a claim agains UPS. I have used UPS extensively for 20+ years without an issue. This one was a nitemare but we came to closure. You can trust this store. My problem occured between Lima and Arizona.
