I have stopped 2 times during posted hours but closed? Are they still Open for business?

They have some very cute items, but poor customer service. I went in looking for something specific, when I asked, I felt I was looked down at. No suggestions and the store employee walked to the back. I thought she was going to look for something close to what I was looking for. No, she never came back out. Very unfriendly. Had she suggested something else I may have purchased something. Loss of a sale.
