McDonald's

I worked for McDonald's not long ago. The way they treat there customers and employees to boot I don't see how there still open for business. Customers would always complain and alot of the regulars would complain too about everything. alyssa the manager there didn't like me so she took me off the schedule and as far as that GM she let it happen resulted me in finding a way better job hiring on the spot lmfao good luck market st mcdz yaww suck specially your halfhr wait hold times lmfao

I didn't go inside I did use the mobile app I had points to get deals. I got 2 milkshakes strawberry is my favorite buy one get one free. N a 10 piece Mc chicken only $2.00. Only can use 1 deal then 15 minutes can use the other one but separate orders. I like the curbside pick up the best.

Not morning people at that work there just a bunch of smart mouth kids that don't know what respect is, the owner should be ashamed of this store, at market and Metcalf street in Lima, ohio

They rush orders food is sloppy. Shakes are not mixed.

Barb that works the drive up window is such a blessing. She always smiling and happy. I appreciate the positive spirit in the morning on my way to work!

Wait was very reasonable, considering the amount of customers in line. Food was hot and fresh. Staff was very friendly and actually said, "thank you," which is something you never hear anymore anywhere else.

One of the cleanest McDonald's around. The employees are very friendly and care that your happy with their service. I've been to the other locations around where the employees don't care and not as clean.

This morning I had to go in drive thru was long. But it was fast 3 guys ahead of me waited if that less then 5 minutes. Very friendly female that took my order too. Plus I went on the McDonald's App n got my coffee for $1.00 any size.

Foods good little slow and sometimes messes up your order depending who working

Who doesn't love McDonald's French fries, am I right!!!! My grandson and I added a fish sandwich to our order when he decided to order some crazy drink, picture this a Carmel Frappuccino with crushed Oreos, and a Chocolate drizzle!!! That my friends is a sugar heart attack!!! I just whimped out and ordered a small strawberry 🍓 shake!!!! It was great, I had a great time with my grandson!!!!!!

I came in there and ordered 30 deconstructed cheeseburgers. Let me tell you, the lady at the register was a saint. Such great service and she didn't bat an eye at my odd request. Much appreciated!

Fast drive through and fresh food. Good iced coffees. The early morning staff are so sweet. I live in Shawnee and REFUSE to go back to the Shawnee location.

I placed my order but forgot to tell them no onions and when I remembered they remade my sandwiches without question had all fresh and hot. Appreciated the service.

We used the restroom and the service was awesome.

Ive never gone in but drive through is usually pretty quick and get me what I want

The lady in electronics department was awesome helpful even got my phone activated before left for me she was awesome during whole experience and my purchase of new cell phone and case and minute. Awesome lady

McDonald's is great value!

I used to hate going here, people were rude, food avg. I don't know if they did a replacing of mgrs, but now this is my fav mcdz in Lima. All the people in drivethrough are super nice. Food freash, I'm shocked at this transformation. Other Mcdz need to take notes( especially cable rd !!!)

So impressed with the kid's confidence and expertise. Several staff members greated us with a smile. Especially please with Taylor's help with the kiosk!😊
