I used Crown Flooring for our new Sheet Vinyl in the kitchen and Laminate Flooring in our living room. I can't say enough great things about Andy and his crew. Very professional and knowledgeable. They were so efficient and got the job done faster than I expected and it turned out beautifully. I highly recommend them for any flooring project. I live out of state and wanted to have PVC flooring installed to replace some wall to wall carpeting and replace the carpeting in another portion of the property. Crown was great to work with throughout the process.
They were very prompt in providing a detailed bid with options addressing all of my concerns.
I came to Middleton to be on-site for the tear out and subsequent installation. The installation team was prompt and extremely professional. During installation the Mannington product had a defect. The install team quickly identified the problem and went through extraordinary steps to identify a solution. In order to keep the installation on schedule, Ryan, the lead installer, made an early morning (5:30 am) drive to Chicago to pick up new product. The end result was a beautiful installation completed on time. They also did an awesome job of cleaning up!
I would not hesitate to use this company again!

I got American cherry hardwood flooring on a huge discount and Crowne Flooring is the Best! Bob was my salesperson and he was very competent and willing to go beyond what normal service would require. They stored my flooring for months when I was not ready , then gave me free delivery as I was too slow to pick up. I am a carpenter and business owner that has built many homes and dealt with many suppliers so believe me they are the awesome.

We had a great experience with crown flooring. Brian was extremely helpful in getting us all set up with the product we wanted and helped us save a little money in the process. The installers are excellent, they were professional and thorough. They also were great problem solvers. When a couple of unexpected issues arose, they we're able to work through them without skipping a beat. I highly recommend using crown flooring for your next project; you will not be disappointed.

Dave and his team were very communicative with me and treated the project like a partnership. I have a very busy schedule and they worked with me on that. I had a custom epoxy floor installed which, each piece is unique. Dave was present at the time of the coloring to ensure it had the look I was striving for. All touch-ups near the end were completed to my satisfaction. It was very important to Dave that my expectations were met, and they were...well within the estimate provided at the start of the project.

I never felt like a scam was being played. In fact these are down-to-earth people who were on their hands and knees working hard on my floor, just so I could have the end product I desired. With a project this unique, there needs to be a reasonable give and take. Dave was on point with communicating and never lost sight of what we first discussed for the project final expectation.
