I got what I needed

This owner clearly doesn’t know his own inventory.. sold me 2 4x4x12’s and some other stuff equaled to 97 bucks. We got to loading the posts and he didn’t have not one post worth buying. The product was warped and twisted. We payed with a debit card. Which is cash. My crew requested a refund so we could go buy good posts somewhere else and the owner wouldn’t give cash tho when a card is used as debit, debit means cash. So a lot of time was wasted and my guys had to come all the way back to the farm to get more money (very inconvenient) so we could purchase posts and materials from another local lumber yard. Terrible service. We won’t support this local business as bad as it sounds. Had the owner knew his inventory he’d not sold me bad product and we wouldn’t have had this problem. Smh. Lesson learned.
