The Chicken Power Bowls are Excellent! Chicken is absolutely Delicious & tender 😋 Always more food in the bowl than I can eat at 1 time! Employees are Always Very Friendly!

The 9:00pm crew that was working on 12.1.23 deserve recognition. We always have complicated orders because we're picky and the wait time in line was minimal and everything was perfect.

Integrity and knowing what you believe in well enough that you can stand for it and not fall for anything less of what it is that you believe is right. That to me is just one of the best qualities you can find in human beings. The gentleman work in the window tonight. I appreciate you.

I think if you go inside you can get your food faster. I like to get the chicken quesadilla and a taco meal, the taste's never changed. They have a new drink the Cinnabon iced roast coffee. It was pretty good. Will be back ! 👍🌮🥤😋✌

They messed up on an item, but they were very nice, but the drive-through was kind of slow usually, though it's a really nice place, although they could bring back the caramel empanadas!!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE

I have been a big fan of ordering in the app, pulling through the drive-thru and getting my freshly made order!! It has been great the last 4 times I've ordered. Much easier than traditional drive- thru ordering and pick up. I also enjoy the combos only available in the app. Great system!

Crew working at 6:15pm on May2nd,2023. Excellent work, 4 cars ahead of me and I'd still say this is one of the fastest times I've made it through and had the order made accurately! Give these employees a bonus of some type!

Probably the best experience and food I've gotten from a taco bell in years. The service was friendly and very prompt. Each item i ordered was hot, fresh, and not falling out of the shell. Great job guys. When I'm back in town ill definitely stop here again.

When I go to any Taco Bell and order a crunchy taco with extra meat, about 95% of the time, I either get a regular taco with normal meat or even less meat than that. With that said, I will say that I've been to the Urbana Taco Bell during the mid to late afternoon a few times recently and they have exceeded all my expectations and I've been pleasantly surprised by the accuracy of my "special" order that most Taco Bell restaurants can never get correct.

Service and food ALWAYS perfect. The new entrance way though... What in the world! 9/10 cars sound like they've totaled their vehicle hitting the edges. It's not nearly wide enough and the cats that have repeatedly run off the edge have made horrible ditches on both sides both coming in and going out. Someone gave it fixed, please!

I’ve been here twice and both time the employees were nice, the order was accurate and the fast. If you have kids and are looking to eat inside somewhere this is a great option.

The breakfast toco thing is good especially for $2

Despite a long line at the drive-thru, it didn’t take long at all to get my food. The employee at the speaker was efficient and nice. Food was good, order was made correctly. I can’t complain!

Quality of food ordered depends on time of day you order. Overall it is what it is.

There was a bit of a wait, but the food is good. I love the online ordering option.

Very polite. Fast service. And made to perfection. Any parent with a kid understands listening to them yell I am hungry knows that getting the food as fast as possible is best. Well I can tell you we orderes and had maybe a 2 min wait time for our hot food. Pleased kid and parents!
