AT&T Store

I had the best experience at this store! I needed a new phone, so I called ahead and talked to Nolan- he was very knowledgable, friendly, and helpful. When I arrived at the store, I didn't have all the information I needed to make changes to the account, and while I fumbled around trying to figure it all out, Nolan was patient and never made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. I was finally able to access my account and was off with a new phone very quickly and easily! During the set-up of the phone at home, I encountered an issue, and called the store. I talked to an employee and he helped me troubleshoot until we'd solved the problem. I was so thankful to both of these employees for making this process as stress-free and quick as possible! I'd highly recommend this store for your phone needs.

Kerrec (hopefully I spelled this right) was extremely transparent with the sale and didn’t try to force me into buying anything I didn’t want. I came in and got exactly what I asked for in a matter of minutes. He was extremely knowledgeable and kind with the experience. Definitely glad we had him take care of us

I had a couple bad experiences with boost so I called at&t and Sallie hooked us up and I am so happy for her. I will be coming to see her from now on for anything. Stopped at the store today to get some help with my iPhone. Sally helped me and she was amazing. Got my phone fixed and even left with a few new accessories. I usually go to the Springfield store but I will be using the Urbana store form now on. Thanks Sally for the great customer service!

My wife had her old Samsung phone die and got a replacement. Sallie was extremely helpful in getting the data transferred to the new phone and answered the many questions we had. We're very pleased with the service.

Fantastic customer service from an employee who asked about my work life and made the decision to make my phone service accommodate that... without racking up expensive bills due to non work life. He's a Super Hero in my book.

Staff were wonderful and helpful. Was visiting from out of town when we realized my elderly mother in law's phone would not charge. Got a new phone and they transferred everything before her old phone died.
