McDonald's

This is the quickest drive through around. I didn't have to pull up and wait on my food. When I got up to the food window outcame my drinks and out paying my food. Good management, friendly employees definitely will go back to this Urbana store.

There was 9 of us including 6 children. The food came out quickly. The food was hot and no mistakes. Barb was great. It was one of the best meals and experiences that I have ever had at a McDonald's. We'll done staff!

Me and my grandma went and got McDonald's for the family and we got everything we asked for and it came quickly

This place is a mad house of busyness, and with the number of customers they have, it is a nice steady turnaround with great customer service skills.

Breakfast is always fresh. Sausage burritos aren't hard. Hash browns are crispy. Can't ask for a better McDonald's

Always as fast as they can be but pretty good timing when I go , always have it pretty fresh too ,good fast food in Urbana Ohio hands down .

Came in at lunch time place was busy but you really couldn't tell as you ordered and was getting food fast. We ate inside and they were bring our food out as we were getting to the table with our drinks. Hostess was around and asked if we needed anything.
Thank you McDonald's for such GREAT service as we have had bad service in Marysville and Lima on our last 2 times at McDonald's.

Fast food for me is always an impulsive choice one I inevitably regret later and the "wrapped DT" line is almost a deterrent but unfortunate to the war on fat America the establishment created I got through in satisfactory time so off to gluttony and self loathing I sludge! Thanks McD's for always making me feel like a service has been happily provided at a fair rate. 🤙

There was a group of teenagers in there that were really rowdy and just running around. The person cleaning tables, told them behave or get out! They left! I gave that girl a great big kudo's. Kids now DAYS does not have any manners what so ever! It was enjoyable being with my son and grandson after that!

The lady at the second window was awesome. Don't know her name but she is good at her job.

A nice store. Staff has hustle, the were really busy but were working efficiently and with a great attitude. restrooms were clean. store was clean. access from 36 tricky if Eastbound...use the light a Jefferson just west of the store.

Ordering was fast and I received my meal in a timely manner.

One of the working ladies Approched me and my son and just made us feel more than welcome. My son has Autism and she could tell with his headphones on. And she came and just told us stories and it just felt great to know I wasent alone. We were an hr away from home as well. On our way to Columbus.
