What a great group of professionals. Always friendly and concerned with comfort while in the chair. I visited 4 different dentist and as soon as I went here I knew I found the dentist I needed. If you have a fear of dentist, this is the place for you.

I adore the people at Urbana Dental Smiles! Everyone is extremely friendly. Carrie was my hygienist and walked me through everything as it was my first time at their location. Dr. Marta was amazing as well and gave me honest answers to all of my questions. I could not have felt more at home, welcome, and respected! I have definitely found my new dental office for as long as I live in Urbana!

I would highly recommend Urbana Dental Smiles. The place is so cute, classy and very clean inside. The hygienists and the dentists are very nice and knowledgeable. They have TVs in every room so you can watch whatever you want or nothing. When I went to get my cavities filled I got a warm fuzzy blanket, a comfy pillow and some nice shades (or protective glasses, whatever you want to call them). They tripled checked to make sure I was fully numb before the procedure started which I really appreciated! At Urbana Dental Smiles you'll be treated like a person not just another set of teeth in a clean, chic environment with friendly staff that will listen to your concerns and make sure you are comfortable. :)

The best experience that I have had at a dentist office. The office was very clean. Every staff member was really friendly. Through out my visit staff told me what they were doing before they did it and asked questions so that I was as comfortable as possible. The dental exam was the most thorough dental exam that I have ever received. Information was given on dental work that they suggested but none of it was pushed on me. A very pleasant experience!

They found a cavity on my kiddo and fit us in same day so we didn’t have to make a special trip!! They also reshaped some front teeth and made my daughter feel much more comfortable with her smile.

The entire staff is so friendly and the laid back and beautiful ambiance of the office puts my six year old at ease. The hygienist, Jasmine and Dr. Kile are so patient and fully explain things before they do them. Top notch!

Dr. Kile is always so kind, patient and listens closely. Knowing that I get nervous going to the dentist, she is always calm and confident. I appreciate her knowledge and skill in helping me with my teeth. I can't recommend her enough! Everyone in the office is great!

Last Fall I had a problem with a tooth and I was ready to find a dentist in town. I decided to try out ‘Urbana Dental Smiles’ and I am glad I did! Everyone I have met, from dentists to hygienists and office personnel is kind and caring. I’m also very happy with the ‘membership’ option, paying a low monthly fee and then 2 cleanings per year free, plus one free emergency visit and other benefits. I am glad I found good dental care close to home!

As someone who’s usually very anxious about the dentist, I will definitely be coming back. I made it clear that I was anxious, they immediately offered me a weighted blanket, walked me through numbing options, and offered the laughing gas. Very nice team of super smart people. I’ll definitely be back :) {(also, they removed all 4 of my wisdom teeth in like 15 minutes. It was wild. But it’s great! All is well now :)}

I can't Thank Dr.Kile and her staff enough. It was a very pleasant visits.Dr.Kile was very professional and very polite and caring. All of her techs were very professional and very knowledgeable. They explained the whole procedure from the start to the finish and what to expect. Had very little to no pain or swelling or bruising. From the first time I walked into their office the whole staff welcomed me with lots of smile and emotional support. Erin was great and wonderful and showed lots of compassion. Savanna, Krista,Megan and all of the techs all cared for what I was going through. Couldn't ask for a better group of Women. I can't Thank you enough. I look forward to each and every visit. I was really happy with my experience at Urbana Dental Smiles. Everyone was so friendly! The space was bright and nicely decorated. My hygienist was super friendly and informative. She did a very thorough exam. Dr. Marta was really friendly as well and helpful. It was my first visit there and they made it a very good experience. Definitely recommend them so far!

The first impression when pulling in is very welcoming, I love the brick building with the a new modern interior that’s inviting , and parking for larger full size trucks . I never had a bad interaction with any of the staff , after a few years of being a client. The rooms are bright and comfortable, lots of natural light . The equipment they use is sleek and noninvasive. I Can’t say enough about the staff , they are wonderful ,and intelligent my smile thanks you!

Staff has always been friendly, makes you feel welcome, very helpful in explaining situations, offered me something to drink. I needed an answer adjustment on my upper denture today and Sue was my assistant and did a great job. She was very concerned in making my mouth feel better because I had a few spots that had rubbed and made my gums sore, as well as, the roof of my mouth on the right side. She made sure I was comfortable as soon as I sat down in the chair, I watched a good program on the tv while she made the adjustments. She made sure I was happy with the work she did before I left. And I was very happy with the whole process. You all are fantastic and make me feel welcomed to come there. I thank you all for how well you treat your patients, how clean the office is, and how experienced and how well you explain the treatments and instructions to your patients. And especially, ask me to call if I continue to have any issues with the healing process and my denture. Oh, and yes, I love when Dr Kyle calls and checks on her patients after procedures, that’s a plus in my book. She’s a wonderful person and Dr. that shows her concerns and cares for her patients. I cannot say enough good things about this team. From their beautiful office, to the caring and knowledgeable staff, we felt comfortable right away. I was thrilled that my daughter (age 4) had a positive first experience at the dentist. She was even excited to brush and floss later that evening…that is a big win! I was also happy that Dr. Lovell listened to my concerns and put together a step-by-step plan for me to feel better about my own smile. The scope of services this office provides is very impressive. Love the comprehensive approach. Smiles all around!

I have never had such a fantastic dental experience as I had at Urbana Dental Smiles. The staff was all so kind and friendly and respectful of concerns and anxiety I had. They did a great job to warn me ahead of time of costs and would give me a heads up if they were going to do something that might be uncomfortable.

The dentist was patient and compassionate.

Such a great place!

Coming from someone who is not the fondest of dental visits, I can honestly say that Dr. Marta and her whole team were absolutely wonderful. From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left, I was welcomed with smiling faces and reassuring words. The team was professional and thorough and guided me through the new patient appointment with ease. I was made to feel comfortable and ever step of the process was explained. I’ll be needing to return for additional work, but this first visit has assured me that I’ll be in good hands. I can’t say I’ve been cured of that dentist visit anxiety, but if my next visits are anything like the first, I’m confident Dr Marta and her team will once again do everything possible to ease those feelings.

Making the appointment and getting there was the hardest part but going back was the easiest part. I hadn’t been to the dentist in 13 years due to a horrible experience and I had quite a bit of dental work that needed done. My first consultation I was a mess and cried….. a lot. I was super anxious and nauseous but everyone there calmed me down and made me so comfortable and I never felt judged. Fast forward to my first appointment which was today and it was hands down the easiest and best dental experience I have ever had. They constantly checked to make sure I was comfortable, explained everything they were doing, and always let me know how much longer they would be working. Gave me breaks if I needed them, offered weighted blankets, laughing gas, allowed me to wear my ear buds, I could seriously go on about how awesome the staff was and how great my experience was. I go back next week and my anxiety is already at ease knowing I’ll have a great experience! You can’t go wrong here ☺

I recently had a cleaning and follow up appointment. As always, everyone there was as pleasant and professional as can be. I’ve had some major work done as well and Dr Marta and her team are excellent! Coming from someone who has extreme dental anxiety, they are truly the best at making sure your fears are addressed and they go to all lengths to make sure you are comfortable. I won’t go anywhere else ever again!
