Okay dude straight up I really enjoyed visiting this Cafe here. The staff who are also the owners are super awesome and incredibly friendly, the location is awesome there's plenty of parking and it's not far from the beach at all and most of all the best thing is the food was delicious and nutritious! I can't wait to come back it definitely worth a stop especially if you're in the area and looking to have a healthy snack while enjoying your stay around Port Clinton.

Place is really chill almost like a sports bar but for nutrition. The manager Blake let me know about weekly promotions as well as which products I could stock up on and take home straight from the store. This place is definitely a hidden gem 💎

Lit teas are delicious many many options at this new nutrition club, very nice owners also.
I got the sour patch kid lit tea ,Prices are crazy low as well!!

We stopped in had 2 of their shakes, I had a caramel apple crunch, my husband had a butterfinger, then we got a watermelon freeze for the ride back home. The drinks are amazing, the owners are very friendly. Nice cosy relaxing place to stop by. They offer Protein shakes, A large variety of various flavored teas, Hot/cold. Also coffee’s hot or iced. Snacks and meal replacement bars. The owner is an awesome barista with lots of knowledge about health and nutrition.

The owners are AWSOME!!!! Fast service and the shakes and teas are amazing I highly recommend this place😌😌😌 positive vibes and very welcoming.
