This spot is so cute. Surrounded by a play ground with plenty of parking. How can you not love their ice cream!!

Tasty ice cream, friendly staff and modern atmosphere. We had a cookies and cream milkshake and the seasonal cinnamon ice cream. Both were delicious but I did wish the ice cream was a little bit more frozen. The train around the top of the restaurant was cute. The tables all needed some cleaning and attention though.

I went here while visiting family. The Ice Cream was great it was soft but it was not too soft, it also had this creamy taste to it. Also, there was this little train riding around in circles around the store which I loved. So overall I very much recommend you visit and have some ice cream at Mitchell's Ice Cream

Mitchell's ice cream is the best hands down without a doubt. There selection is very nice to chose from and the freshness and ice cream flavors are great.
You get greeted upon walking in the store and the customer service is fantastic as well.

There is a saying that says ‘there is no use in crying over spilled milk, but I would shed tears over a dropped scoop of ice cream.’ At Mitchell’s this is undoubtedly true. The ice cream is simply delicious. Their vegan flavors are the creamiest I have ever had and could easily pass for traditional dairy-based ice creams. Try a sundae, if only to taste the whipped cream, which is thick and rich. The peanut butter sauce is phenomenal too.

Mitchell's doesn't miss! This is the third Mitchell's that I've been to in the greater Cleveland area, and I've never been disappointed! It is unfortunate that there are so few vegan options (for the vegans and lactose-intolerant individuals out there), but sometimes you have to take one for the team to try some excellent ice cream! If you're in the area and in the mood for ice cream, come check this place out!

In town to visit Cuyahoga Valley National Park and wanted ice cream. This place hit the spot! Great staff took care of our peanut allergy concerns. We recommend this location for a nice treat.

Local hit! Probably the best ice cream you've ever had and a staple of the local community. We might be a little too regular here... Kids love the trains, food, and to play on the rocks right outside after school during the warmer months and even some of the colder ones. Grown ups love that the kids can run around and play off the sugar high and the rest of Van Aken is close enough that you can even sit here with a cup of beer.

So very happy there's a Mitchell's closer to me! I first had this brand of ice cream when I worked at a corporation and employees were brought some as a gift. I've always wanted to try for myself and was able to do so today. The associate recommended one of their popular flavors, which I was a fan of too! I always come back for the Caramel Fudge Brownie as it is definitely addictive! Very good, high quality ice cream, and though a little pricey, it's worth it!

I love Mitchell's it's always nice to be greeted by friendly employees. Clean, fast, and the ice cream options are bomb. I really liked the vegan buckeye. Thanks guys

Good selections of ice cream and people are very friendly. I ordered a Cleveland Brownie Sundae and it was huge! That's definitely a size to share.

I did not know that Mitchell’s serves on such a large scale. Have been a regular visitor to my Case western campus location. This one nailed it. Long queues made me wonder on the likeliness of it more. Have always been a fan and this trip doubled my love 😍

I don't care which Mitchell's Ice Cream you go to. They are consistent. They are clean. Best of all, they all have THE BEST ICE CREAM!! I can't say I have ever had a bad experience at any of the Mitchell's stores. If you like ice cream, you NEED to go to Mitchell's.
