Always friendly, always helpful and always efficient. If I had any complaints at all it would be that I wish they were open on Saturdays, if only for a few hours. Finding time during the week to pick up prescriptions can be difficult. Other than that, love their small-town service style. We’ve also received all our vaccines here.

We initially came here to get my son’s COVID vaccine and ended up making this our primary pharmacy. So happy we did, this place is a gem!! They have gone above and beyond to make sure EVERYTHING is taken care of for us. They mail our prescriptions monthly and personally text me. When I walk in, they know me by name. The staff is so friendly. I can’t tell you how much easier they’ve made my life!!! Highly recommend them!!

Fast and professional, everything you need in a pharmacy. They also had a small selection of over the counter medicines that are hard to find.

When the location in my town of Yucaipa closed, my son's medications quickly became riddled with issues at the chain pharmacy that took over. Not only did Walter and his team step up and continue making a complex compounded medication for my boy, but they also agreed to continue to handle his medications. They always work diligently to have most, if not all, of my son's medications ready together so that I can make one trip each month. Never any issues with waiting, back orders, stock issues, etc. Their INCREDIBLE customer service, both by phone and in person, alone is worth the switch! Thank you all for being so incredible!

Husband ran out of medication and due to a special situation, his doctor was no longer available. His new doctor was too overwhelmed with cases that he could not respond to our calls at all. Tried to call our primary pharmacy (a chain one) for help but they were too busy to care. I must have made at least 10 calls to different parties for 2 hours straight with no avail.

Never been to Green Valley before, but they were so good to take an extra step to help secure our missing medication. The staff was friendly and very kind. She listened to our problem and acted immediately to communicate with our doctor nd primary pharmacy. An hour after we first spoke, she got our prescriptions ready. Very professional and helpful indeed! Such a great local gem. Will definitely come again. Thank you!

Had many problems receiving my and my family’s medications and the Pharmacist was so very helpful, kind and considerate. Went out of his way to get everything put in place. Then contacted me through the entire process to update me. Wow! You don’t get that kind of service at other pharmacies. It’s a bit of a drive for me but for this kind of service it’s worth it. Seriously try this Pharmacy I think we will all be happier.

I was using a different pharmacy but that Pharmacy went out of business. The previous pharmacy suggested this Pharmacy . I am glad they did. I am very happy with this pharmacy. The people that work there are very nice and helpful. The big pharmacy's are always to busy so there are long lines and long wait times even if there isnt a line. And the employees at the big pharmacy are always stressed out and dont take the time with customers. Green Valley is my pharmacy from now on.

i love love love this hidden gem. Walter Mindy Alondra and Michelle are so wonderful and patient. i definitely recommend this independent pharmacy over a chain store.

This place is an excellent choice for getting vaccinations against the virus that causes COVID-19.

Friendly and Professional.

Nice people, Nice pharmacy, however their customer service needs some attention. My wife gets 90% of her medication for free from the Veterans Administration. The VA wont ship pain medications through the mail so we need to get them locally. The owner told me that if he couldn't have all my wife's medications then we need to look elsewhere for service. He did fill it once but even on the label it states "LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR MEDICATION REFILLS". It is hard to believe that any business would turn away any business. So I will tell everyone I know to avoid this place and hopefully if he loses enough business he will change his attitude.

As I stated in my review the VA will not ship pain medication thru the mail. So your position is all or nothing, so I stand by my review that your Customer Service is lacking.
