Mequon Public Market

What can I say. A must at the fish market, where right next door you can have an excellent brew, and oysters on the half shell direct from the fish market. Happy hour is the best! A buck a shuck! Also, what is not on the menu, though our bar tender Tommy told us about. A nice tall Bloody Mary with a 3 ounce poached lobster tail, candied salmon, and shrimp for $15. An excellent way to start anyone’s day😎👌

The food is absolutely fantastic! We frequent here on average about twice a week. My wife and I enjoy the happy hour from 3-6. Walleye cheeks, oysters, couple of cocktails. The staff is awesome, especially Tommy “bartender” and Colleen “bartender “.

This place has all sorts of things! Ice cream, donuts, coffee, tea, tacos, sushi, Greek food etc etc. The atmosphere is approximately decorated based off the type of food each vendor has, the place has multiple levels for seating, family nights etc. They have little home shops for things such as flowers and homemade candles. When you walk in it’s inviting, I mean what’s not to love? I tried Purple Door, Screaming Tuna and I can’t remember the Greek place with the gyros. What a shame, their food was sooo good. Either way this place is worth a try or 6.

I spend most of my cheat days here or when I’m simply studying for my real estate exam. I’ve had majority of the restaurants here, have never had a bad experience! The food is delicious and omg purple door ice cream will get me in lots of diet trouble so I have to look away when I’m here. Enjoy my weekly visits here!

Mequon Public Market is great. The walk path in Mequon is remarkable. Whether you are in the mood for gyros, sea food, tacos, donuts, coffee, tea, flowers, pizza or ice-cream you'll find it here.

Lots of places to eat. Upstairs has lots of rooms and big enough to accompany large groups.

A small-scale replica of the Milwaukee Public Market, featuring great food, dessert, and drink options and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, so people can get food from different places and still eat together. Also, some shopping options.

I pick up for Grubhub there. They have a bunch of restaurants. Nice place.

Love the variety of restaurants! Eveyeone always gets something they love.

Fresh food, flowers, ice cream, pilates studio, and a yoga studio located next to the bike trail. Reginald Baylor Studios has an art show upstairs in the Mezzanine. All of my favorite things in 1 place.

My husband and I came here on vacation to try the purple door ice cream shop and we we're happily surprised to see all the other businesses. We had a really good time walking around and looking at everything and we even decided to come back for dinner we had the most amazing special at the little Mexican restaurant and had delish donuts from the donut stand. We found cool souvenirs and gifts to bring home for a family and we definitely will return on our next visit to the area. We stopped three times in four days to try different businesses we highly recommend for anybody in the area that might be visiting it's a great place to walk around and try all kinds of different food and treat options. It has a really great atmosphere.

Just the Mexican food Ozaukee County has been looking for! Really good chips and salsa, fabulous tacos, and even their side of rice was super tasty. I will be craving their flavors for sure!

Outstanding food and service. The guacamole and homemade tortilla shells are fresh and full of flavor. The house margaritas and speciality cocktails are tasty and exciting.Boca Rica is an awesome addition to the community. I will absolutely be back!

We picked up a good variety of seafood dishes and carried them to the brewery next door. A lovely evening.

Has improved over the years with a lot more options relevant to the area. With the new addition of GoodCity Brewing the market is definitely more lively and energetic. It can be pretty empty here in the winter, but bustling place in the summer.

Great food! Went with a group of friends and everyone enjoyed themselves. I would definitely recommend this place. I would also recommend making a reservation. They were extremely busy on the Saturday night that we were there. We had a reservation and we seated as soon as we got there.

This market is awesome! It has a bunch of really cool little place in it. Anodyne Coffee is as soon as you walk in the front door and they open before the rest of the market so you can grab a cup of coffee or espresso and watch the market wake up. They also have really good wines and a decent selection of beer.

Great food and great environment. Lots of restaurant options/variety. We haven't gotten anything we didn't love yet. So happy to have such high caliber restaurants in Mequon. Often my family of four will order from three different restaurants and all be outside eating shortly after. It's super convenient and relaxing. It's not crazy and hectic like the downtown one which I appreciate. I especially like when they have live music. Their outdoor area is spacious and a great place to hang out and catch up with people.
