I want to thank Rebecca for her professionalism and knowledge. My wife and I were working with a different loan officer before her, He caused us to miss out on a home we really liked because he didn't have the experience to know how to process a loan for those who use an ITIN number. Afterward, we felt a little discouraged to continue looking for homes since the first time around didn't go well, but then a family member recommended us to Rebecca. She helped us and told us it was still possible to buy a home. She walked us through the process and made things simple to understand. Thanks to Rebecca and Jose, my wife and are were able to close on our first home.

Buying a home can be really stressful and overwhelming, especially now with the rates going up and all market changes. And to be honest we would probably give up if it wasn’t for Rebecca. My husband and I were told by many that we were unable to purchase a home at the time. Our realtor referred us to Rebecca and she looked into every single avenue to make our dream come true. Our loan was not straight forward and there were many obstacles that we needed to overcome in order to get our loan approved. Rebecca must have the whole celestial court in her favor. She truly is a miracle worker. After trying three different lenders for almost 8 months Rebecca did what everyone said was imposible to do as a self employed with a corporation a little under 2 years and filed no income in 2018 . She researched and researched and was able to use the zero income return and just average it with the 2019 and that proved my 2 year tax returns . Genius I say she is ! Rebecca never gives up because her priority is YOU!
