Had a really bad break and dislocation of my left wrist and hand. Had to have surgery from a crash landing Skydiving. Did two months of recovery. Then three months of physical therapy with Cole, Josh, and Maddie. They were amazing to work with extremely professional and very kind and caring individuals. I’ve had to do PT at other Facilities before and this time was by far the best experience I’ve had for healing my body. I spent one more month doing CrossFit then flew down to NV and was able to get jumps in and back in the air. So grateful for all the help and professional care that they provided. God forbid I ever have another injury, I will definitely be seeking help from them again.

I spent a month of suffering with sciatica and a couple of visits with a spine specialist, I was ready to get busy with PT. Over the course of 4 months I worked with Maddie Curran at Lone Peak and got myself back into health. Maddie is terrific. She is a patient therapist and a keen observer of my needs . We worked creatively and diligently to alleviate pain while strengthening the supporting muscles that create long term health. Highly recommend Lone Peak. Their facility is top notch and Maddie Curran is a terrific physical therapist.

I had a wonderful experience with Lone Peak Physical Therapy and Performance. I came in with a disc injury and not only did Josh help me heal and recover but I now have a secure foundation for my strength and future athletic goals. The entire team from administration to therapists is welcoming, efficient, and extremely effective. I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of compassionate and professional care.

After suffering from IT Band Syndrome, Cole was able to help me recover so I could continue running and biking. Over several weeks I was given various exercises to help strengthen my legs and improve my balance. Cole is personable and compassionate about helping you recover and meet your goals. He knows how to push you without going too far. Not only was he able to help me build strength, he was able to help build my confidence to continue running and biking.
I would recommned Cole and Lone Peak to anyone looking to recover or return to exercising and outdoor activities after an injury.

When you’re used to being an active person, a joint replacement surgery can really knock you off your feet. There can even be a period of mourning following surgery, a grieving for all that was lost. To start along the road of recovery, it’s crucial to develop a relationship with your physical therapist – a trusting relationship that allows you to feel confident in their course of treatment.

I found that at Lone Peak Physical Therapy. Paige Williams and her colleagues provided challenging and varied exercises that kept me engaged and looking forward to returning for each appointment. Little by little, things began to change for me, to improve, and the ol’ light at the end of the tunnel began to flicker.

I’m thankful for the emotional and physical support I received at Lone Peak PT. This has been an incredible and, hopefully, once-in-a-lifetime journey. I’m indebted to the team at Lone Peak for the many miles I’ll now be able to enjoy on the trail, once again.

After the birth of my first child, my doctor never talked brought up pelvic floor therapy, but I was reading so much online about how important it was that I knew it was something I still wanted to pursue. A coworker strongly recommended Paige Williams with Lone Peak Physical Therapy.

Paige is fantastic. I worked with her after the birth of both of my children (and using what I learned after the first time working with Paige definitely helped me to have a smoother labor & delivery the second time around).

Not only did Paige help with my pelvic floor postpartum, we also focused on full body work to get me back doing the physical activities I love like running and hiking. With her help, I'm feeling confident in my postpartum body and am training for the 2024 Spartan Race in Bozeman and my bucket-list race, the Jungfrau Marathon in Switzerland.

For anyone even interested in pelvic floor therapy and/or building your strength and fitness postpartum, I absolutely recommend Paige and all the friendly faces at Lone Peak Physical Therapy.

I have been working with Paige Williams for the last 7 months and I am so appreciative to her and the Lone Peak team! I was referred to Paige by family and friends, all who have nothing but great things to say! I originally started with Paige after a running injury, however once that was healed, continued to work with her on an ongoing long term injury. After 10 years of bilateral foot pain, with no success and countless appointments with doctors and physical therapists, Paige has helped me to not only manage my foot pain better, but to actually have significant improvement! Thank you Paige, I appreciate your kindness, attention to my injuries, and willingness to think outside of the box. I'm so excited to keep making progress and having pain free runs!

Title: Exceptional Care and Remarkable Results!

I am doing a series of sessions with Cole Schram for ongoing knee issues, and I’m thrilled to report a significant improvement in both my mobility and pain levels. From the first appointment, it was evident that their expertise and dedication to patient care are second to none.

Their approach is both professional and personalized, ensuring that every exercise and treatment plan was tailored to my specific needs. Thanks to their guidance, I’ve not only seen substantial progress in my recovery, but I’ve also gained invaluable knowledge on how to maintain my knee health going forward.

The environment at Lone Peak PT is welcoming and supportive, with genuine care for their patients, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have worked with Cole.

If you’re struggling with any physical ailments and seeking a therapist who will genuinely invest in your recovery, look no further.
My knees and I couldn’t be more grateful!

I've had 3 knee surgeries and gone through a couple other PT's here in Bozeman. By far, Lone Peak has been the best for recovery. For anyone who has goals of going back to activities like before surgery, Lone Peak is great at working towards those goals. Most recently I've been working with Paige, who's gone beyond what's necessary and researching my symptoms, identifying problem areas, and tailoring my workouts. 10/10 would go again *hopefully I don't have to though lol*

I'm very thankful for the care I received at the Performance + location! After a traumatic neck fracture, I wasn't sure I'd ever work again (in a very physical, motor skill-centric environment). But the PT sessions at the Bridger Drive location got me well on the way back to work. Josh was very careful to assess my progress at the beginning of each session and then incrementally step up the challenge to keep me progressing toward the goal of full recovery. Each staff member that I met was warm and helpful. They have cultivated a very professional, yet friendly atmosphere there. I highly recommend!

I’ve been working with Cole to rehab post acl surgery and the whole experience has been great! Everyone at the clinic is awesome, creating a super friendly and energetic environment. Cole has been awesome to work with and has helped me through every little issue that has came up, getting me back to being able to comfortably do everything I love. Everyone at the clinic has been so amazing that I look forward to PT sessions each week and I couldn’t recommend them more to anyone looking to better themselves!

Lone Peak Performance, Cole Schram, and the other therapists were all amazing to work with before and after my ACL surgery. They set clear expectations, appropriate exercises, and it was easy to set up appointments and billing. Now less than a year post surgery, I’ve been back doing the all the things I love with no scaling from CrossFit to down hill skiing. Thanks Lone Peak Performance and Cole for getting me back to feeling 100%.

After a leg amputation, drop foot, and 6 vertebrae spine fusion at the age of 20 the recovery process was bound to be long and difficult. Cole Schram provided top-notch care and tailored the physical therapy to my needs and goals. Cole is a extremely motivating, fun to work with and very knowledgeable individual. Lone Peak will push you and help you achieve your goals. I was able to go skiing and biking after the care he provided. I despise the doctor's office after my accident and the Lone Peak environment is lively, fun, and social to become a better version of yourself!

I worked with Shannon & Josh to help decrease pain from a lingering lower back injury. I am happy to say they helped me make tangible progress towards decreasing the pain over a short period of time and helped me build a framework and habits that will help me continue to make progress outside of PT. They are both awesome humans + physical therapists and would highly recommend to anyone! The whole front office staff was also so easy to work with. Shoutout to Nick & Mac for always making me feel welcome.

I’ve seen Paige at Lone Peak for back/hip/knee issues that were impacting my activity and fitness goals. I was so impressed with how quickly she was able to pinpoint what was causing my pain. Her assessments are always very thorough and hands on, as well as any prescribed exercises and stretches. I’ve also seen Aimee for personal training and got a huge amount of benefit from her workouts. The space is very well set up and very clean. Front desk staff is helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!!

Cole was like a superhero coming to my rescue after ACL surgery. He and the other PT’s at Lone Peak have helped me get back to skiing and back to the life I thought I’d lost. His care and attention picked up on body imbalances that had troubled me for years and his skills and experience provided solutions to get me feeling like a superhero too!

I have been a patient at Lone Peak Physical Therapy for about 4 1/2 months. As soon as I walk in the service and treatment has be top notch from top to bottom.
I walk into Lone Peak after checking out 2 other physical therapy places around the Bozeman area, I have to say the front desk at Lone Peak are way more approachable, welcoming, informative and knowledgeable then the other places I visited. From communication about next appointments to payment options, the staff crushes it. Mary, Jennifer, and Nick thank you guys so much for all the help you have provided me.
Shannon has been my main Physical Therapist while I have been going to Lone Peak and honestly for me it has been the perfect fit. Shannon starts off every meeting by asking me, "What's going on?" Then listening. I try my best to explain what's going on, issues I might be having, thing I might be having trouble doing. Unfortunately I was involved in a head-on collision and fractured my hip so I was non weight bearing for 3 months... until Shannon go ahold of me help make it 2 months and improving with every visit.
Shannon deloped a home workout plan for me, followed up with it and made changes when I progressed. At appointments she makes it fun and is easy to talk to, after each workout she ask how the workout was and where did I feel it to make sure it's targeting the correct muscles or muscle group. She does an excellent job at explaining workouts which she has no shortage of. She also does a great job explaining what one's body might be doing during a movement and what it should be doing and how to correct it. Thank you, Shannon. I appreciate your hard work, attention to my injuries. You have definitely been a huge roll in getting me back to my normal life.
If you are I need of a physical therapist I would highly recommend you stop into Lone Peak Physical Therapy and start working with the best professional around.

I worked with Josh for several months and had an excellent experience! Josh asked great questions, listened well, was always positive and encouraging, and intentionally tailored treatment to my needs as they changed. Each session specifically targeted what I had been experiencing that day and week, and I never felt like we were just going through the motions of a recycled treatment plan written for someone else. Each exercise completed and prescribed was made with my unique improvement in mind. The patient coordinators were also extremely personable, positive, helpful, and always curious about me — which really went a long way! Even the facility itself (off Bridger Drive) was a place that consistently felt welcoming, clean, well-equipped, and inspiring! Thanks team for caring so intently about each patient you treat!

Shelli has helped me through so many health issues and a surgery. I don’t think a better physical therapist is possible. She has been there for me since 2014. Lone peak performance has definitely been a huge part of my life and the whole team is amazing. I’m so thankful for all their help and support to get me back on my feet!!!!!

I want to express my sincere appreciation to the PT’s at Lone Peak Performance for their dedication, knowledge and motivation. I am an upcoming recipient of a knee replacement which I have gladly been able to postpone three different times with my Doctor’s blessing due to the guidance of Cole, Josh and Maddie at Lone Peak. My knee has clearly improved! Overall, I am stronger throughout due to my physical therapy and their guidance. As the surgeon said “Don’t have your knee replaced unless it is absolutely necessary”! Well, it is no longer absolutely necessary due to the PT’s work at Lone Peak. I am so happy to be able to put the procedure off for now anyway. I give all the credit to Lone Peak Performance!
