Culligan Water of Montpelier

They got me set up with sediment filters and a uv filter for my home. Also, a reverse osmosis filter for my kitchen. My family loves the water!! They did amazing work on all the installation. They made everything look so nice and clean.

I have been a customer for a year and a half and live in WY. During a recent snowstorm, we had a delivery issue. Unfortunately there were some communication problems on the next delivery schedule. Upon receiving my feedback, the owner personally called to apologize for the situation. In a day where I can go anywhere to pick up bottle water, it is customer service like this that keeps my business!! I definitely recommend this Culligan! 5 STARS

We just started service a few weeks ago. The 1st stand alone water dispenser leaked after one week (all over my kitchen floor which is carpeted in our older home)...I called to advise. They replaced with a newer unit the next day and 1 week later picked up the leaking one. I got my first bill and they not only charged me for a bottle we didn't get to consume they also charged me 20.00 as a swap/sanitization fee. Do not recommend!!! I just purchased a water dispenser from Amazon for 118.00 and I'll pay for water at the local grocery store. Not happy and will not do business with them in the future or recommend to anyone.
