We have been renting here for a couple years. Lacie has been most helpful and accommodating to all of our needs. She is fantastic to deal with and has a true customer service attitude. The units/grounds are clean and well kept. We feel our items are secure and the climate controlled units are worth the minor extra cost.

I want to thank Lacie at the Tanque Verde location (9201) for going above and beyond in customer service. She found a key that was unrelated to the storage facility, looked into it and found that we were the only ones in the area in the last day. She called me right away and I was able to identify it. This was a very important key that would have been difficult and expensive to replace, I didn't even realize it was missing. Thank you Lacie for the excellent customer service that went above and beyond the usual care of her facility

Lacie went above and beyond with providing exceptional customer service. I’ve spoken with her several times over the phone before making the cross country trip to vacate my unit that was there for 11yrs. The vacate process was seamless and it was such a relief to be able to wrap this up during my limited time in AZ. Thank you Lacie for your help!

Having had prior experiences with self storage facilities over the years, I was totally surprised and pleased with the professionalism and courtesy that Lacie showed today when I opened a new account for a storage space. I know it can be a trying job sometimes but she was so upbeat and informative I felt like family and that means a lot to me. She took me through the signup procedure, explaining all the nuances of the contract and "rules of the road" and took me to see the space to make sure I knew where it was. It was clean, well lit and ready to go. I was also surprised by the way she expressed her pride in keeping the entire facility neat and clean, even to the point of apologizing for a missing cart and knowing where the others could be found. Reality is, Public Storage is an extension of your home and often personal items end up being stored there for various reasons and it is comforting to know that folks like Lacie are looking out for the renters' best interest. It is sincerely appreciated.

I have been a long time patron of this facility. Although I have moved farther away from this location I choose to continue my service here. The premises are clean and secure, I feel safe when I am accessing my unit. The staff really do care about their clients. Samantha A, recently contacted me to review my account. Through our discussion she was able to make an account change that will greatly help me. It is this kind of service that makes me glad I store my valuables here.

Had to find a storage unit to put some of my furniture in for me and my roommate. Called the Tanque Verde to see if they had the space and thankfully they did. Lacie helped me out tremendously even though I was on a time crunch to get everything done. Walked me through everything and answered all my questions.

Lacy was great with the move in. Gave me all the information I needed.

Lacie was awesome very helpful , patient and made sure we got exactly what we needed. I would recommend this storage place as long as LaCie works here.

Donielle was professional and made me feel welcome and had great knowledge of using apps, rates, sizes of units. Being a business owner (trucking), it's good to see great customer service out of staff. Even though they didn't have a 10 x 20 available that day, I will be back at the end of month when available. Great staff!!!

I honestly picked the best storage unit to use. Donielle and Michaela are so positive and more than willing to help with even the smallest things. Michaela was quick with setting me up and answering all of my questions in their entirety when I first was setting up my storage unit. I had an issue accessing my storage unit and when I called the office Donielle was quick to hop into her golf cart and come down to assist me. I’m glad there are such nice people working here! I got lucky with this public storage location.
