Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattress Store

Went mattress shopping over the weekend. Salesperson Al at the Blackstone Shoppes at the Millbury location assisted me. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I told him my price range and type of mattress I wanted. He was very helpful in showing me their offerings.
I would highly recommend this store and Al to help you out. He was great, and I particularly liked his manner, not pushy whatsoever. Needless to say, after trying out several models I picked the one right for me. “It fit me just like a comfortable pair of shoes,” to quote Al. It was on sale too which worked out great for me.

Customer service is stellar. We have purchased three rooms of furniture over the past 6 months. We go back each time for the customer service, quality and price. Karen is our go to at the Millbury location. She understands what her customers are looking for and presents all sorts of options without any pressure. We send our friends there. Amazing customer service! Everything I asked for, was a Yes! Price match? Yes. Coupon? Yes. No upselling, no pressure, easiest buy of my life! John asked what I was looking for as I entered in the store, gave me his full attention, helped me search for specific tables in store and online. I was in and out in 20 minutes, delivery scheduled for 3 days away for a couch, sectional, coffee table and 2 end tables. I wish I started my furniture journey here! We will absolutely be back to buy again. Thank you for great customer service!

Great experience. Chris offered to help us right away and wasn't pushy at all. He was able to answer any questions we had and made the experience very relaxed and easy.

Nancy from the Millbury location was very friendly, helpful and efficient and the whole staff seems to work very well together. From comparing a couple of smaller dining room sets, finalizing my selection and then checking out and coordinating installation, all was very seamless. Delivery technicians were courteous, put together the pieces and did not leave any rubbish behind. Definitely recommend this store to anyone with furniture needs!

I bought a cocktail table and side table. Both are well made and solid. I had looked at other well known furniture stores and could not find the style and quality that I found at Raymour and Flanigan’s. Chris, our home furnishing consultant was helpful and available but allowed us to shop in a non pressured, relax manner. I will definitely shop again at Raymour and Flanigan’s.

I was very satisfied with the service my husband and I received. We bought a coffee table and a nightstand. The pieces are gorgeous and match. The staff are very helpful, but make sure you stay with the first one that helped you throughout because they make commision off the sales.
I was more surprised by the delivery service, too! They were swift and kind. I didn't think this delivery would get here on time, but I was wrong.
We will definitely keep getting our furniture here. Just to note, the furniture here is a little more expensive than most other places, but that is because the wood and designs are REAL. It's all authentic and made to last. You get what you pay for, and make sure to get the warranty in case you need to touch it up or an accident occurs. It goes a long way.

Professional, knowledgeable, friendly service. Julie was amazingly patient and not at all pushy or salesy. She gave us time to sit, relax and decide if the couch we be right for us. We literally took two hours. It was so nice to not feel pressure. Julie was awesome.

We were greeted immediately but also given our own space to browse. Our questions were answered, solutions offered. Our salesperson Alex was everything you could ask for. We didn't intend on making a selection on the spot but everything was made so comfortable and simple we walked out excited for our massive new couch to be delivered in a 7 day window.

We recently bought a new bed at the store and it was a great experience. Linda Shays did a wonderful job listening to what we wanted and needed and helping us pinpoint appropriate choices. The process was very easy. Delivery was in a few days after we visited the store and was timely and efficient. We love the new bed and are sleeping much better! We will definitely come back for future furniture purchases.

We went to the R&F website and formulated a list of SKU's on various pieces of furniture we were interested in seeing. We visited the store and approached by John, and we went to work. We accomplished quite a bit in a short period of time. John knows the store, the products and many options and incentives. Looking forward to our delivery. Thanks John!

I had a great experience with Raymour and Flanagan in Millbury. They had a great selection and their prices were fair. Our salesperson John went out of his way to make our shopping experience great. He fully explained the warranty info and tailored our experience to really what we were looking for instead of trying to sell us something we didn’t come in for. I will be shopping there again for sure. Very comfortable, no high pressure sales and fully informative.

Salesperson John was absolutely amazing very knowledgeable and got us a great deal he gave us time to figure out what we wanted and was there to answer any questions he was not pushy at all I would highly recommend looking for him when you go in the woman in finance was very nice also.

I ordered a piece of furniture shown on the website and had trouble with the online "payment portal". I phoned the store and a very helpful employee there helped me trouble shoot and finally get my payment through. She was great!

Was there a little less than a week ago. My boyfriend and I were helped by Peter. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure we got the best mattress for our sleeping habits. (I am picky) he knew our budget and did not try to upsell and gave great advice we did not feel pressured. Just got our bed in today and mattress. Delivery service was excellent. I was updated when they were close and it’s a plus they put the bed together for us and took the old mattress. Will definitely look into buying our next couches here
