Also, found a beautiful wine display cabinet that matched our decor and sits perfectly next to the beverage bar. We love our new sofa bed! Small size for our small room, lovely fabric, easy to open, and very comfortable (better than the older rail versions). Price was higher than we wanted, but well worth it. And the service was excellent as we bought it one day and had it delivered 3 days later. We're very pleased and would highly recommend Copenhagen.

Such a wonderful store. Easy to browse, no pressure from salespeople but the are right there and helpful when you have questions. I love the furniture. So well made and attractive in any home style. The exterior fountain is really amazing and inviting to just seat and relax. I love the colorful accents.

A lamp I purchased was not working correctly. Copenhagen took care of it quickly, bringing the new lamp to me, setting it up, and ensuring it was perfect. Their service is outstanding.

Wonderfully designed and filled with so many varieties of Finley made and fun furniture. No matter what you’re looking for, there’s something here for you. The building is well lit and there is even coffee for customers to enjoy! Staff were very friendly and allowed us plenty of space to roam and have privacy whilst discussing furniture options as well as test out almost every chair. It was like being in a museum. One day I’ll be furnishing my home purely with Copenhagen I hope!

Excellent customer service! When a custom leather sofa (under warranty) lost its firmness, Copenhagen stepped up and took care of it. Every person along the way was pleasant and helpful. Great store...quality products...exceptional employees.

We very much enjoyed our first experience, the sales man was calm, polite and very patient with our hopping around. We did purchase a chair and will be receiving it in Sept. They set up delivery at the nearest store close to us so we could pick it up ourself’s so no delivery charge, much appreciated. I would recommend Copenhagen of Tucson.

I had a great time shopping at Copenhagen Imports for a new chair! I enjoyed testing every different type of lounge chair they had including getting info from the sales people and finally made my choice and purchase! I've shopped there before and will happily shop there again

We love this store! The service on our recent visit was friendly and low-pressure. We made a couple of purchases and the delivery was prompt and professional. As for the furniture itself, we adore our new Georgie sofa in Marigold yellow, as it’s a perfect compliment to our MCM living space and looks amazing with the new Gaia recliner chair in the blue-grey color. We are definitely converts to the Copenhagen style and can’t wait to add more pieces to our home. The quality is unbeatable!

Bought my first Ekornes Stressless Diplomat small model after finishing my Iraq Deployment in 2006 and it was still in perfect condition after 11 years. I hated to let it go on Craigslist when I moved last year to the mainland but it had a seasonal ant infestation problem so I planned to get a new one here. Yesterday I got lucky and found the new one I've been waiting for at Copenhagen in Tuscan. It's a President medium model with a $900 discount and a free $495 Alpha table with USB. Also it's Black with Teak like my old one and the Alpha table is Glass with Teak. Told my very professional sales employee at Copenhagen no worries, the reason I thought they discontinued the President model was maybe, Ekornes didn't want to be associated with the word President. Was suprised I got a very good laugh response. Finally, factoring the $495 free Alpha table, the second one ended up costing the same as the first one did 11 years ago.

Over the years we have purchased a variety of furniture from this store and we have been pleased with the quality. We recently requested some help with a couple of “electric” stressless chairs that are a few years old. We were absolutely impressed with the stores response to our request. A very personable and professional service manager made a home visit and addressed our concerns! We were surprised and very pleased with the response.

The quality of the furniture (and fact you don't have to put anything together yourself!) is unparalleled, but what makes the experience stand out is the quality and knowledge of the staff! From the sales person Roman to the two deliver men -- Tony & Alex - inclusive of their detailed advice on how to best care for your new furniture -- simply top notch. We have never but ever had such a pleasant overall experience with a furniture store. Kudos to Copenhagen!

Everything was first-rate. We ordered 2 recliners and expected a long wait. They actually arrived earlier than predicted. Very happy with the experience.

My initial contact with Copenhagen was online and on the phone with our local store. Because it is a 45 min drive to the store I wanted to make sure items were in stock and available to see at the store. The phone interaction was one of the best I have had with a retailer. They were prompt, polite and very helpful. We drove over and were met by a very friendly sales staff. Not pushy at all. Offered a couple of additional options and handled the sale quickly. I even made a couple of changes to the order once we got home and everything was easily handled over the phone. Delivery was exactly as scheduled and the delivery guys were wonderful. I will absolutely return to Copenhagen for additional furniture pieces.
