Great place for variety of items you can get easily and quickly, especially last minute

The pharmacy is so hard working and understaffed on a Holiday weekend yet they managed to stay positive and professional and got my rx transferred without any issues I believe they are the only ones who stay open 24 hours . I highly recommend. Be patient . Little longer wait time but they serve a lot of people . .

The staff was really nice. I wonder why they blast that weird music outside, though. And it's an interesting choice that they pick

anyone who complains doesn't understand why or what they are complaining about. First of all !! just cause you receive a phone call from Walgreens doesn't mean your script is ready?!! it could mean you're out of refills, or it's outta stock, or your doctor denied it, or that you will have to get more refills soon. Everyone always assumes A PHONE CALL means it's ready. FALSE LIES.
2. IF you need a prescription in the middle of the night and there is only two people working the graveyard shift...well you're LUCKY there IS EVEN TWO people working the graveyard shift. Yeah, it may be understaffed but they are nice people and work hard to fix every problem, BE GRATEFUL TUCSON. 3. Knowing all this and that this walgreen IS the only METRO 24hour Walgreens and they can't accommodate you for your every day run of the mill prescriptions,then go the extra half mile down the road folks to another Walgreens who can handle the neighborhood scripts you want (but don't expect 24hours) That walgreens has a constant barrage of non-stop: hospital scripts; border patrol, urgent care, and thats ontop of all ALL OF METRO TUCSON, not to mention the local nearby neighborhoods regular scripts and yes it is the only 24HOURS Walgreens. Be grateful for any help you get even if it's informations they tell you (like your insurance isnt contracted, or you need a prior auth, or it's too soon, or we don't have any record of you) and you think you deserve better, then just go to one of our other Walgreens in your neighborhood. You know the not emergency needs Walgreens that have limited hours and work with them and their schedule., because-that 24 hours Walgreens they do it all. If you want emergency hospital medicine and your insurance is contracted with Walgreens, they will do it is as fast as humanly possible considering they have all those other as constant never ending tasks. Don't blame the location, don't blame the people, don't blame the pharmacy, don't blame the homeless. Maybe understand they don't homeless scaring them either. LASTLY if you have to blame. BLAME COVID, because you're basing what you had once upon a time before that, and that perspective on what you had before, and life isn't like that anymore. There are no more 24 hour anything especially pharmacies so be grateful Tucson METRO, be GRATEFUL you have the right insurance, otherwise ... go to CVS up at INA AND THORNYDALE, and have a nice drive. At least they are open as is the only other place. BTW... this Walgreens help my baby get his antibiotic when no one else could, so yeah be GRATEFUL .

I would like to thank the manager Thelma for being extremely helpful today with a gift card issue. Last week I had purchased a Walgreen’s gift card for my mother-in-law for her birthday. We live here in Tucson and she lives in Madison, WI. She had requested this so she could buy her favorite perfume. She called me early this morning to let me know she had tried to use the card today but it wouldn’t work. I then remembered they were unable to give me an activation receipt last week like they usually do when you buy a gift card. I even had the clerk call the manager over and she told me even though that activation receipt hadn’t printed, all was well. Turns out it wasn’t. I went over there around 8am this morning and was helped by the clerk who sold me the gift card (I can’t remember her name) and manager Thelma. I gave her my main receipt from the purchase and she made some calls. Turns out they’re having an issue all over with their Walgreen’s gift cards not activating properly. She had to do some more research but then called me at home a couple of hours later and said she couldn’t give me another gift card (because they’re still having this issue) but she had gotten approval to refund me in cash. So I went by and got the cash and mailed it off to my mother-in-law. Both the clerk and Thelma were extremely helpful and displayed excellent customer service. I appreciate that so much nowadays when we don’t always see it. Thank you both again!

Stopped in at Walgreens in the early morning on my way to work. I was immediately greeted as soon as I walked in. They were well stocked and I found everything I had came in for. They had good sale prices on a lot of what I had came in for. There were few customers at this time and I was second in line. The cashier was friendly and rang my up quickly. I was in and out in mere minutes and on my way to work with plenty of time to spare.

My experiences have been wonderful every time. Even when the pharmacy techs are busy, they take time to listen to my questions. I've recently changed insurance plans and I was overwhelmed by the lack of pharmacy benefits. They told me how I could reduce my costs and my savings is substantial! I also appreciate the 24 hour convience.

Alexis the pharmacy technician was amazing. She went above and beyond, minutes after leaving the drive through I received a follow up call detailing why my insurance was refusing a refill and how to solve the issue. She was informative, friendly and helpful.

I was pleasantly surprised when i was approached by a clerk who asked if i needed help finding anything. I explained what i was looking for, and was delighted when she helped me scour the shelves. Alas! The final unit had been sold, already. However, she did offer to order it special for me. Great attentive nature, and great customer service!

Charles in the pharmacy has been exceptionally helpful and thorough on several different occasions!

I want to say a big thank you to Nathan and (I think his name was) Richard! I went there with my daughter around 11:30 night. She had a fever that wouldn't break, and needed medication. They asked a couple of people of I could go first since I had a child with me. They were so nice. And even though they didn't take my insurance, I still got a good price on my medicine. I appreciate this location is open late for people who need medication at night. They got me in and out. Thank you so much guys!

Lizbeth helped me today in the beauty section. She was super helpful, and really pleasant. I will be going there from now on for my drugstore makeup purchases.
I like to spend my money at places that give me excellent customer service.
And Lizbeth did just that.

Went in to the pharmacy at 10pm on a Sunday night. I think that was why my experience was much better than the rest of of the reviewers.... anyways everyone in the store greeted me and was nice. The girl working at the pharmacy was nice and checked in my info pretty quick. My rx was filled pretty quick and the pharmacist was prettyv nice.

Best 24 hour pharmacy you can find in Tucson! Thanks for your hard work, really appreciate only having to wait 10 mins for a prescription from the ER. Thanks again!!!

Extremely helpful ppl both workers stocking shelves and those working in the pharmacy even though the girl made me wait 5-10 mins cause she wanted to help the cars in the drive thru and I was standing there before a couple of the cars showed up. The guy that came to help me apologized for my wait and assisted me with great kindness.

So, I went into the clinic and met the most wonderful FNP. I was taken care of fast and personally. I was even called two days later to make sure everything was good. I have never had so much thoughtfulness go onto my care. Thank you for full filling the void that healthcare leaves in America.

I called to see if I could have a prescription filled for my little boy and the gentlemen that answered my call was very polite I wish I would've gotten this young mans name I give this Walgreens 5 stars. The call was made at 6:25pm at this Walgreens. Then I called back and I got a young man named Josh who also was very polite to me also "Thank you! Josh...This message is to the supervisor of these two gentlemen that made my evening better...GIVE THEM A RAISE! THEY DESERVE IT. There parents did a wonderful job raising them and credit goes out to the school that trained them in the Pharmacy Tech Program...Merry Christmas to all of you and God Bless!

I woke up with a severe ear ache and needed to fill the antibiotic prescription given to me days before at 3 in the morning, which sounds awful. Thankfully, Nathan V, the pharmacist, was super quick and very knowledgeable and made an otherwise arduous task pleasant.

Summer helped me finding everything i needed and was so patient with me! She was also my cashier and she made my day better just by her positivity! Really enjoyed my visit there!

I went in today to go get my second dose of the Covid vaccine & it went pretty smoothly! The pharmacist’s handled themselves very professionally.
