3 Palms Tucson North Foothills

I stayed in a king suite with pool view and had a wonderful stay. Checking in was quick and easy, and the front desk staff was professional and helpful. The property is clean, quiet, and in a great location near many restaurants and points of interest.

The room is modern and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable! I had a great view of the pool, and even though I was directly across from the pool while kids were swimming, inside the room was quiet.

I would definitely stay here again.

I have to say this was one of the best hotels we have stayed at in a long time. This is probably the best execution of a remodel I have seen. It did not feel tossed together or sloppy. Small details everywhere. Consistent and enjoyable design and decor throughout the suite, the carpet, the wallpaper, the floor tiles, curtains, lights, shower hardware even down to the under sink trashcans. The room is spacious and had a really comfortable apartment feel. The bed was comfy enough, pillows were pretty hotel-standard... But we still slept comfortably.

The parking was close access to the room and the check-in staff was incredibly nice and helpful.

Overall this hotel was an incredible deal and I'm not exaggerating when I say I think the room was nicer than any of the high end hotels we have spent triple the money for in the past. 100% will stay here again if we're visiting Tucson.

A huge shout-out to Elijah at the Three Palms Hotel in Tucson for introducing me to this outstanding hotel. His warm presence at the front desk is just the beginning of a luxurious experience in this newly remodeled hotel. Despite my initial skepticism about the price, I was blown away by the quality of everything – from the chic furniture and spacious rooms to the exceptional amenities, including a convenient bench for putting on shoes, ample lighting, a sophisticated desk, and a luxurious bathroom with a stunning shower and elegant gold fixtures. What truly sets this hotel apart is their pet-friendly policy. They welcomed my dog with open arms, making it a perfect stay for pet owners. The attention to detail in every aspect, right down to the impressive sink, ensures this hotel is a cut above the rest.

What an amazing place! While traveling through AZ, I stayed at a few places within the same price range as I payed at 3 Palms, and they were pretty rough rooms (no TV, no refrigerator, no hot water). So when I arrived at 3 Palms, I wasn't expecting much. Boy was I surprised. This place is truly an oasis! The staff was very nice and accommodating. Beautifully manicured landscaping with all different types of cactus, workout facility, heated pool. The rooms were exceptionally clean, bathtub/ shower combo was spotless, the bed was beyond comfortable! I haven't slept this well in a few weeks!!! Love love LOVE this place!!! I recommend this place to anyone traveling through the Tucson area!!

We stood at 3 Palms for several days waiting for my son to get a house. The rooms are spacious, separate area with a couch and TV. The staff was wonderful and the unit was clean. We forgot several items in our room at check out. Two days later I called and they actually had our items. I was shocked and so grateful for there honesty. We will definitely stay at 3 Palms again. They have an amazing pool and fitness center which was a plus.

My friend and I were on a road trip and stayed at 3 Palms for a couple of nights.

What truly set this place apart, was the exceptionally pleasant staff. Their warmth and hospitality made me feel more like a welcomed guest than a customer. They were not only efficient in their duties but also went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The room itself was cozy and well-appointed. The attention to detail was evident, and the comfortable bed made for a restful night's sleep.
If you're looking for a clean and welcoming motel with a staff that goes above and beyond, 3 Palms is the perfect choice. My stay was great, and I wouldn't hesitate to return or recommend it to others seeking a hassle-free and enjoyable stay.

Very nice hotel, LOVE LOVE the separate living area. We traveled with a baby and it was perfect for him to be in there in his pack and play while we were in the bedroom area. Hotel was packed but never heard our neighbors!! Big plus. Coffee was pretty good. We would 100% come back.

Rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable. It's more of a hotel than a resort. Sleep was good, not much noise. The front desk was nice and helpful

Nice rooms, little small but easy to get around. Clean, bed was comfy and nice pillows. No bugs of any kind. Very helpful and polite at the front desk. Will stay here again if I'm in the area

Great budget hotel, clean, recently well-renovated rooms, friendly staff, conveniently located.
Gave it 5 stars for being such a great value. Nice 2 Queen suite for less than half the price of a 'name brand' resort. Room decor was modern and very new. Wifi 6 was fast and good signal. Good water pressure, hot water, and HVAC. Walking distance to good restaurants.

Perfect location to Saguaro NP West ( about 15 minutes), but over 30 minutes from the Eastern portion. Clean hotel, friendly staff, comfortable bed. I’d stay hear again.

This is the first time we have stayed at this hotel. It was absolutely wonderful. The staff was amazing. The rooms were very nice and the bed was comfortable! We will definitely be staying at this hotel again! This is the best hotel we have ever stayed at.

Stayed here from a long drive the day before thanksgiving, and was not disappointed. Rooms were clean and the man at the front desk was very friendly polite and helpful. The room was quiet and cozy. It was a great price as well highly recommend staying here.

This hotel appears to rank as a 3 star hotel but recently they have done a remodel and I think they have done a wonderful job renovating the rooms. Our room was modern, clean and spacious and the walk from the car to the room wasn't bad at all, pretty close. Bathroom was really clean and not a crack or stain in sight. The hotel is within walking distance of many great places to eat, such as Beyond Bread, Eegee's. The staff was really nice and accommodating. I recommend this hotel highly and will be staying there again!

I cannot CANNOT believe I paid the same price for this room as I did for motel 6. This room was absolutely GORGEOUS. Amazing bed. Huge TV. Fridge. Microwave. Nice amazing shower and gold accents. Beautifully done. Thermostat was on wall. It got freezing cold just like I like it. Amazing. Will definitely stay again whenever I am in Tucson.

Our room was so clean and unexpectedly luxurious for the price. You feel amazing staying here :) the pool was perfect, the hot tub put life back together and the staff were truly so kind. Can't wait to come back!

Had an amazing time at the 3 palms hotel and Sabrina G was such an amazing help and was so incredibly nice and helpful...she sincerely made us feel like we were part of the family and I'm all ready a very shy person. I will recommend this hotel to all of my friends and family from now on. Thank you again Sabrina G and staff.

Wonderful front desk host! Beautiful rooms, soft mattresses, and fluffy blankets. Spa is down. They are installing a new heater!

Beautifuly renovated, clean rooms. Fully equipped gym 5am-10pm.

Fantastic place, great / friendly service. I left a bag of clothes there, and they were awesome at holding it for me and returning it when I figured that out. Great place to say in Tucson!
