Best Buy

Sometimes it's a hit or miss with Best Buy... but this time around the greeters were helpful and showed great customer service. But with past experiences we couldn't find help from employees within the store.

Overall, I guess it just depends on the day.

Went to Geek Squad they were very helpful and kind. Make sure you have an appointment . I had went on day before without an appointment and the kid was a total jerk. Just a heads up.

Good place to buy electronics. Just they are not giving pickup items on the day it shows on app. It takes a day extra than the shown so instead of instore pickup use shipping.

It was great, the Employees were really helpful! The store was clean, & neat!

When you need something that's an older electronic part, try this store. They had the outdated phone cord, haha, just not in the phone charger cord section. 😁

The geek squad is so wonderful. I don't go anywhere else because I trust these people. And they are all so super nice and helpful.

Great variety of appliances and electronics at pretty good pricing. They do have associates who can give you advice. They do have installation available.

Im not really a fan of Bestbuy due to previous bad experiences, BUT their manager Princess really helped me resolve my issue perfectly. Thanks so much Princess!

It was near in the neighborhood hood even though we could get a SIM card that had Good internet options.
I got a SIM Card Mint that later I didn't like.

They had what I needed. They had ONE left. Thank you Jesus.

2 sales persons went out of their way to assist me in finding two products. Excellent!

After going to the store on Broadway, where everyone averted eye contact and stood there for 10 minutes, it was a nice surprise walking into the Wetmore store. I was greeted by Kyle the minute I walked into the store! He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the product I was in need of!! He made sure my needs were met and a breath of fresh air! Broadway store was like walking into a Home Depot. Won't use Broadway store ever! 10 stars!

Just shopped online. I had no idea of all the benefits their customers are offered. After speaking to staff on phone and chat I realized they KNOW their products and are knowledgeable in how to use their products. I got a fabulous deal on a tablet, great service, warranty and dedicated help for anything needed about your purchase. I joined "Best Buy" and I'm a satisfied customer and trusts their word.

If you electronics that day, BB is it, if they carry it. Selection is good here, so usually not a problem. Had a computer repaired here a few years back. I was surprised to see it come back to life , all with a decent price. I don't need a big box store very often, but if I do, BB hooks me up.

Nathan is awesome, very helpful with getting everything I needed for my new phone but not pushy.

Mine is a horror story of things going wrong. This review is about this store on Wetmore... Not Best Buy in general.

We ordered 2 refrigerators, dishwasher, range, otr microwave.

1st delivery date - they missed it. After hours on the phone with customer service, they rescheduled for folowing week.

2nd delivery date - One of the refrigerators and the microwave was damaged. I could not even reschedule until I happened to go back to the store to pick up my TV a few days later and spoke with AJ (Jeanette Griffin). She called around to every contact she knew to get me set up for a redelivery of the replacement.

3rd delivery - The refrigerator was fine, but the microwave was damaged again. Called customer service after waiting the 3 days the delivery people told me to. After 14 calls to Best Buy Customer service, (I wasn't just calling to try and get a different answer, the service reps were literally telling me they will transfer me to another department, or saying they will and hanging up.

Frustrated, I somehow managed to call and get ahold of the Geek squad at the Wetmore store. The rep was doing everything he could and even tracked down AJ to assist. The problem was, the 3rd party delivery took back the microwave but did not return back to Best Buy, nor did they note. AJ had to call around, locate it, close out the ticket, and even found me a new one at another store, and changed the format for me to pick up instead of delivery.

Whole experience was a mess. However, the staff at this location, from the customer service counter, geek squad, the appliance sales guy, and Especially AJ! negated all the bad and made me give this team a 5 star rating.

Wetmore BB Store, you guys are awesome!!!

I went on black Friday to get my store pickup order from online Thanksgiving shopping.... Honestly, I was utterly dreading it. I was very surprised about how streamlined the process was and how quickly everything went. I even picked up a $20 Black Friday Special Google Nest Mini and the pick up guy let me pay for it right there! So happy I didn't have to get in two massive lines. It was a surprisingly great experience! 👏

Had what we were looking for! It took them a minute but they did eventually come up and ask us if we needed anything.
