I have always had a good experience here and I have had visits with each doctor. They are informative, helpful, and listen to my concerns. I never feel ignored or like I'm not smart enough to understand what might be going on with me or my children. I never feel like I'm being subjected to tests or procedures that weren't necessary.

First visit to a clinic after moving into the valley. Dr. Crane was outstanding. I'll be returning to him happily and appreciate his great knowledge and excellent care. His staff was excellent as well.

Great service with excellent customer service. I recommend them to anyone I meet who needs Family Medicine or other medical services.

The one time I did see Dr. Crane my appointment went great. But they do need to give patients a grace period. I was going to be 10 minutes late and couldn’t be seen because of it. I’ve honestly never got turned away for being a few minutes late for an appointment. I’ve fell down 3 times this week and really needed to check on my little girl that I’m 32 weeks pregnant with. I also had a very hectic morning trying to get ready to leave town and just needed 10 minutes to get there. Very disappointed. 🙁

Stopped by for covid check. Was told no test were Avalible sent away. Recieved a 200 bill in the mail...
Dr Crane was very professional. Was under the understanding that covid test were free..

Horrible service, worse doctors. I would rather travel to pocatello and soda then go here.
