What a great pharmacy. The staff are helpful, friendly, and the store has lots of different things for sale. The reminder refill text service is handy.

This is such a lovely store... it isn't just a pharmacy but has so many fun gift ideas and sweet treats too.
The pharmacist there, Tony was so knowledgeable and answered all of my questions in detail. He was amazing, best pharmacist I have ever met.

Bear Lake Drug has the best Pharmacists I have ever dealt with. Helpful, efficient, kind, caring, even when they are extremely busy. The Drive-thru is great, if you'd rather not walk in.
I can show up, and they know who I am and have my script at the counter, to ring up. The friendliness Bear Lake Drug conveys makes you feel like you are part of their family! Casey is wonderful and got my script to me on a day he was closed for a Holiday.....that's how dedicated he is! We can't say enough about how kind and generous the Pharmacist and employees were at Bear Lake Drug. Our daughter was sick and not only did they help us find the right medicine, but they called the urgent care to tell them we were on our way (right before closing) and waited for us to return and filled prescriptions, staying open for us well over an hour past their closing time. They were friendly, positive, and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.

So grateful for this place. We aren’t locals, yet we were treated with such kindness and accommodation. Thank you for taking care of us!

Dean is very nice guy and is willing to help if you run in to problems. But, If Dean is not there it can be frustrating most, of the girls can be so ignorant and unprofessional. I waited over a half hour just for them to have my prescription filled, and since then its a long wait for them to fill up your pills, even if you did call them in before hand or the doctor sending it in. Oh, and beware of what your pills look like, I have had that happen before and have heard from friends they had the wrong prescription. So, to avoid all this make sure Dean is there.
