10/10 customer service I must say!! To The lady at Gate B10 United airline concierge at gate B10. Around 1pm on February 3rd! Thank you! She was so helpful for acting quick and getting me on another flight to help me reach my destination. I can’t thank her enough! Not only did I make it to my destination, but I made it 2 hours earlier than my previous flight plan was intended to get me to Fort Lauderdale! My initial situation was that I had a connection flight to Denver but due to the snow storm. Denver airport grounded All flights to and out of Denver airport. UNITED Flew me to Houston Texas where I made my connection to Fort Lauderdale. Had enough time in Houston airport to try me authentic smoke house brisket at the Texas BBQ SMOKE HOUSE. 10/10!! And I Also had the exit row on both flights! So much leg room!! Flight attendants on both flight UA1245 and flight UA717 were the most kind and professional I’ve seen in the industry!! Keep up the good work team!! And thank you to all the other United staff that made everything so much easier that day! Ya’ll are truly valuable workers!! God bless every single one of yall!!

I normally enjoy fist class with United, London, Portugal, Brazil, Mexico etc but during the Covid change so much. I miss the old times. But I still using :)

Of all the airlines: Delta, American, West Jet, and Air Canada; United is the only one to weigh boot bag + skiis together.

Save yourself $50/person and just check boot bag as a carryon. Definitely annoying, but staff should suggest this.

Arrived at destination 24 hours late. They were Considerate enough to put us in a hotel overnight. However was not sure if the hotel was paid by the hour or a daily rate.

We booked to fly as a family to Salt Lake City from Switzerland. The flight there was ok but on the flight back it was not possible to get seats toghether as a family (3 kids between 6 and 10 years) and the only seats we got were in the back of the airplain. We tried to get seats toghether but the personal was not understanding. The plain had a delay of 1h and we almost missed our connecting flight to Zuerich. United Airlines is not family friendly. It is very unfortunate that the end of our vaccation had to end with this trouble.

The staff is incredibly unhelpful. I paid extra for my trip to Mississippi and am sure I purchased a checked bag, however was met with a short temper and unfriendly responses when communicating this.

Very disappointed with this airline. From the start the counter person couldn’t get my card to work so instead of trying to fix it he just told me to go to another counter. I get upstairs to the check in counter but, they won’t allow me to go to the counter I have to do electronic check in. And to top it off my flight is being pushed back already for 45 minutes.

$35 for a carry on? No warnings? Brilliant idea. I had 2…shoulda packed a bigger bag. It’s $70 coming back too =[

United is incompetent garbage. From the quality of their aircraft, to customer service as well as on time departure and rescheduling flight. Don't forget lost and delayed baggage. LITERALLY EVERY TIME I fly with them. Coming from a tier 1 on multiple other airlines. They are the worst.

Incredible how horrible the customer service can be. You call, all the 2 hours patiently waiting for the agent to change flight, they charged right away but somehow the agent made a mistake and they decided to call me back.2 hours later they called, canceled the change and from 1337 they decided that the change is 4000 now!!!

United wouldn’t let me check in online, cause I didn’t pay for carry on, then wouldn’t give me my boarding pass cause my flight was in 44 minutes, 45 minutes is the cut off… thanks for absolutely nothing.

They gave a layover that was way too short to catch the next flight and when the connection was missed they only gave the options of waiting for over 24 hours for a new flight or paying several thousand dollars to fly that same day still. So basically they sold an impossible flight and then gave me the option to be extorted or mess up my whole schedule
